Poorly made base

The base of the chair is almost done. I am not please with the amount of money spent and how quick the chair has broke down. The chair is used 5 days a week, 8 hrs average a day and the wheel are done. The worst part is I can't even replace the wheels with anything better made as the wheels do not have the posts attached to them. The wood base has the post that goes into the wheels and the wheel selection to replace are again cheap made plastic. I WOULD NOT BUY THIS CHAIR AGAIN and for the next chair will make sure the wheels are replaceable with the post attached to the wheels.

Ashley desk chair

The seat of the chair won't sit straight base so you're always leaning. Tried to fix several times by taking it back apart but it always does the same thing. Its a lovely looking chair but the tilt is an annoyance.

Just got this chair and it’s already started cracking and breaking away from the frame when I lean back?

Don't buy this chair!

I never write reviews but feel I should on this one. This chair is comfy and nice-looking, but the wheels are cheaply made. The casters do not roll at all, they are made of plastic, and the housing for the casters inside the base are also plastic. One of my wheels broke off and the plastic housing for it is broken too. It cannot be fixed. I am in the process of working with Ashley Furniture to return this since it was too late to return it to Amazon. This chair has a one year warranty, so anyone who is having this problem (and by the reviews, it is almost EVERYONE), call Ashley Furniture! Final word, DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!

Wheels are crap

Easy to assemble and looks nice but wheels are plastic and don't roll when you are sitting on the chair.

Expensive mistake

First of all, the packaging was the worst. Styrofoam that gets everywhere. Stuck to the chair and was hard to dispose of. The chair doesn't lock into position very well. The fabric is rough on bare skin. Wearing shorts is a bit uncomfortable. The seat is a bit too long. Tends to hurt my legs because the chair and pressure from sitting reaches all the way to the back of the knees. Never thought that would be an issue. Basically, it's a cheap product from China. I will most likely be giving it away and trying something else.

Love this office chair.

Item is just perfect for my office/school room in my home. The color is great. It seems like a great fabric choice to not show stains or wear. I mean time will tell with that. Putting it together was a super quick process. Three big pieces, all tools needed are in there... it took me and my 11 year old about 5 minutes total. No joke. Great purchase.
