Glaze inside is messed up, otherwise great!

Really great mug! It's huge! My biggest issue is the glaze inside has dripped, so it always looks dirty. Not really an issue, since I'm just using it around the house but I would give it a look over if you give it as a gift!

Just like the sign in the movie!

I wanted to make a gift to give to my niece for her performance in Shrek the Musical. She is 8 and didn’t really need a coffee mug. However, Shrek items are hard to come by so I decided to pick up the mug. I was able to make a cute little arrangement for her. She loved it! The mug itself is super cute and looks like the “Beware Ogre” sign in the movie so that made it feel authentic.

Print is a little off center.

I love the mug,it's heavy and sturdy.But tue logo isn't center.Which bugs the ???? out of me.But don't wanna go through the trouble of returning.

It’s a gift. It’s a nice cup.

Nice cup glad it wasn’t damaged in the shipping didn’t come in its own box. Was in a big box with other items and some bubble wrap.

Very poor quality & I suspect a returned item was sent to me as NEW

I am, of course, a huge Frasier fan and was very happy when I found and ordered this beautiful mug. I hope you can understand why I am a bit angry right now as this thing turned out to be of inferior quality! Ordered it 2x and both are unusable now. First mug: ordered it last december, got it and started using it in January, always taking very good care of it! Never put in the microwave or dishwasher, even though it says so on it. In February it got chipped from the sponge I used to wash it. (!) Mid April got broken in my hands, also while I was washing it, gently as usual. I thought it was maybe just an accident and decided to order a new one. Second mug: got it 4 days ago, unpacked it, washed it and poured coffee in it. One minute later I noticed the coffee dripping out on the side of the mug, which is split from top to bottom!!! I had a better look and it seems this mug is not even new, it was probably a RETURN from someone else (?) sent to me as NEW! Well, this Frasier mug costs 34€ plus aprox. 20€ extra to have it shipped to Germany. How many days should a cup for which I paid almost 50 euros last? Just asking! ????
