Works great, thread securely attached to the holder

There is a little notch that the thread is in to make sure it doesn't unravel in shipping. If you are teaching someone to sew, you might need to show them how to get out the thread. Overall, works exactly like I expected. The eyes of the needles are pretty small, but they work fine for the thread.

Not happy

I will be returning the item. The spools are tiny. The picture is deceiving. The quality may be great, I do not know because I have not opened the plastic cover. I wanted regular size spools.

Too small

Complete rip off! Shame on you Singer. I e always thought highly of you but you blew it with these. All I know is I could've gotten these little spools at my Dollar Store! Disgusted and hurt. I needed these for a project. Aarrgf!

Broken needles

Product arrived opened, cardboard backing detached from plastic shell, two of the three needles were broken in half. Don’t worry I found the other half of one of the needles when it pierced my flip flop and into my foot. It must have fallen out of the seam of the box when it was delivered because I found it 3 days later on my brick walkway.

Not worth the price.

Never again will I purchase a product without the dimensions being mentioned. The spools are smaller than my thumb. I thought I bought it from a dollar store when I saw the package. The needle threader broke after the second time I used it. I did like that it came with a plastic storage bag but that is about it.
