Good but not recommended

This one looks like its very strong but doesn't have enough rpm's to go easy even through briks. For concrete wall is very hard to use, maybe just for two holes and after will be so tired from pushing it. There is a lot of better products for 20$ more.

An excellent, lightweight tool

I am SO glad I bought this drill. There were many for sale on Amazon but this is the one that ticked all my boxes. It's lightweight and well balanced, even with the battery in. I particularly like the three use settings which are easy to switch one to another- hammer, drill and screw. Two speed settings plus trigger speed control and torque settings. One thing I didn't see listed in the advert but which I'm overjoyed this drill has, is the screw setting acts like an impact driver and stops the drill rotating when there's too much torque on the screw - as in when its fully home or too tight. The drill has done everything I've needed it to do flawlessly. My only disappointment - and its nothing to do with the performance of the drill, is that I'd have liked to see a clip on it somewhere to hold the screwdriver bit that comes with the drill, to keep this safe while you're using the drill to actually drill something with, rather than using it to drive a screw home. The srewdriver bit is quite small and easily lost. Skil seems to have thought of everything with this drill - except somewhere to put the screwdriver bit. But I give this 5 stars in all categories and don't do so lightly- It's a good piece of kit.

Un taladro muy potente

A pesar de ser pequeño puedo hacer hoyos en la pared sin ningún problema, es justo lo que quería un taladro inalambrico con martillo que funcione.

La batería es de muy mala calidad,

El problema es que la batería se daño muy muy rápido y la empresa no responde mis llamadas, ni siquiera tienen un correo electrónico donde poder realizar una queja.

Muy buen taladro pero...

El equipo es muy bueno. Versatil y potente. La bateria solia durar muchisimo. Hasta que un dia sin haberla golpeado encontre que desprendia liquido de la bateria y se daño. Ahora estoy buscando por aca para comprar la misma bateria de 5Ah y ya no la hay...

Not a lot of power

This is a good drill for around the house odd jobs like hanging things in drywall, which is probably what it was made for. I had to switch on the hammer drill for it to drill a 1/4 inch hole in a wood post. It didn't have enough torque to make a dent in iron, even with a fresh bit, and the hammer drill mode will only help break bits on metal.

Used it a dozen times and it broke

Moved in to new house and needed some cheap tools, cheap tool is what I got! Used it ONCE as a hammer drill, the rest was to drill some holes in sheetrock and wood, the whole time I had it only had to recharge battery once, this is how little use it got! Before battery ran out 2nd time something broke inside, motor turns but no drive to the chuck... ugh... It has warranty but now I got to find papers and deal with that, meanwhile it's Saturday morning, I have no drill and weekend projects are piling up.

Justo lo que esperaba :)

He utilizado éste taladro para labores domésticas. Realmente al usarlo la sensacion es ligera y te da desconfianza si realmente la potencia será suficiente. Hasta ahora , puedo decir que si. He utilizado para metal, para muros de tabicón ligero, para traves de concreto armado, para madera, como destornillador e incluso con accesorios para limpieza (cepillos) y hasta ahora no me ha quedado mal, claro siempre con las brocas adecuadas. Hacia una chispa en el motor, me comuniqué y por lo visto es normal. Respecto al peso, es ligero. No se siente muy robusto por lo que al usarlo no te da la sensación de solidez. La batería , lo utilicé por 2 días sin parar (como roto y taladro) y aún así me sobró. Respecto a las velocidades, hasta ahora no las he necesitado. El tiempo de carga lo veo rápido. No tiene un estuche lo cual veo como una área de oportunidad. Escogí la opción de batería, cargador y taladro , solo viene con una punta cruz. Recomiendo puntas de impacto para utilizar el destornillador sin problemas.

Más de lo que esperaba

Tenis mis dudas respecto a comprarlo, lo comparé con otras marcas de renombre en equipos de alto rendimiento y la verdad me ha dejado sorprendido. A pesar que de solo incluye una batería, podrás ser capaz de realizar trabajos domésticos y de uso rudo sin problemas. El rotomartillo trabaja a la perfección, he taladrado concreto sólido, pueda y sin problema lo perfora. Los materiales como madera, metal lo trabaja sin problemas y sin forzarlo. Excelente producto.

Potente y confiable para su precio, y además con una batería grande

La función de rotomartillo se siente bien, recordando que es económico, muy cómodo y útil para diferentes trabajos de la casa. La batería me sirve para el taladro y para una sierra así que estoy bastante satisfecho

Muy buen producto, gran calidad y desempeño

Llevo casi un mes usándolo y ha funcionado perfectamente. Lo he usado en madera, ladrillo y concreto. Cuando la pared es concreto sólido batalla un poco para perforar, pero creo que es normal en los taladros inalámbricos.

Precio regular.. calidad deficiente

Si tienes unos 20dolares mas cómprate un bosch.. la calidad de skil deja mucho que desear, me fallo en el segundo uso al bárrenar madera.
