Cheaper material

I bought this same insole about 2 years ago - at almost 1/3 the current price - and the insole was like a heavier, solid rubber - an excellent cushion to my feet, very comfortable, very sturdy, and not fluffy. It was so good I bought another pair soon afterward for my other pair of shoes. Fast forward to today, the new insole is 3x higher in price, the rubber is mixed with a cheaper fluffier material that makes the insole lighter and less comfortable (kind of like a difference between real scrambled eggs vs. cheap "scrambled eggs" with some kind of a filler in it), and therefore of course, less support. I know it is a trend for a popular item to usually go up in price and go down in quality over time - but this still disappointed me badly. I bought HappyFeet (also wrote a review on that, there) but a happy ending there was not. My hunt for a good, solid insole continues. I wish there was a way for people to leave a reply to the reviews - I would appreciate a suggestion or advice from readers with regards to a great insole they may be using.

Good support

Size 8 to 11 women's ran a little short for my size 10 sneakers. Was afraid it might irritate my toes, but it didn't. Other than that, totally satisfied. Offered the additional support I needed. Have already ordered a 2nd pair. BTW My Dr. recommended these inserts for me.

Great insoles help bring my shoes back to life.

I have two pairs of Hokas that are a couple years old. I work on my feet for 12 hours a day 2 to 3 weeks at a time. I used these and they feel like a brand new pair of shoes. Awesome. Will be buying more

Too big for a size 8 or 9 shoe.

I love these insoles! Great support great comfort, long lasting, and you can throw them in your washer. I actually wear them in Dudes (after taking out the memory foam insole), but please note that if you're a woman with a size 8 or 9 shoe, these will be too big. Instead order the Men's Size 7.5-8. those fit much better in my women's size 8 shoe.

Did not last very long

I used these for a couple of months and had a plantar fasciitis flare up even when I switched them to new running shoes.

they are sturdy and thick

they aren't going to rip. i wish they were thinner, because i bought them to cover the bottom of ecco shoes that have sharp threads . these are so thick, they make the top of the sandal very tight.
