Good Product

I had one at home that I loved. That one ended up going to work with me to use so I wanted to replace the one I had at home. This is the closest to the model I had at home which was Fully Automatic which was great. This one is not fully automatic so you just have to know the range you are working with so you don't blow the fuses. Other than that it is just as good as the other one.

Good product

I ordered this meter to use around my house and shop, I am a retired electrician and have had one I bought from a retailer a few years ago, a little different model but basically the same size with the same functions. The retailer does not carry this brand now so I got on Amazon and found them. I bought 3, two for friends and one for me, it will do about anything you would need to test in a home or on batteries, auto troubleshooting and household power, very compact and easy to use.

Great Equipment for The Price

I haven't used each of the components yet but I did use the non-contact probe and it works great. I was able to do the minor job of changing a light switch without worrying about it being hot. I recommend the product.

Southwire Electrical Diagnosis Kit

This kit of 3 electrical diagnosis tools is an EXTREME value. I was in Lowes a couple of days after my kit showed up and if purchased separately at Lowes, this kit would exceed $60. I learned about these tools from Mike Sokol of RV Electricity. Mike writes articles for RV Owners in RV Travel and speaks at RV Rallies to RV owners about how to stay safe with electricity. We assume that the pedestals we plug into are wired correctly and most are; HOWEVER, when one is not, it can be dangerous. This kit allows you to determine if it is or not. Every RV Owner needs one of these kits and use it. During my most recent 4 month trip, I found 2 pedestals that were wired incorrectly and could have done damage or electrocuted me or my family.

Great versatility

Had to use the multimeter most recently on troubleshooting my washing machine. The kickstand on the meter was a great feature and allowed for the unit to be hands-free while testing. Love the ease of usage and ensuring that you are using the meter most effectively.

Calidad y precio

Todo me gusto es un exelente articulo para los que trabajamos la electricidad. Muy completo y ademas de una calidad extraordinaria. Solo falto su bolso para guardarlo.
