A bit heavier than the plastic buckles, but good quality collar. It is starting to fade a bit after only a month, but every collar has done that. The buckle and loop where you hook the leash are heavy duty. The collar looks Great on my F150 passenger.

Fantastic collar- even after a year!

We LOVE this collar. We get compliments on it all the time. Have had it over a year and the color hasn’t faded at all. We bought the XL for our Great Dane. He’s currently 150 pounds but is still growing and we still have room to extend it if needed. The buckle is heavy duty and it’s a durable collar. Highly recommend.

Buckle is too heavy for this collar

The buckle is made exactly like a seat belt with heavy metal. This puts too much weight on a dogs neck and is awkward. Someone needs to rethink the design for a more comfortable fit. Especially on smaller dogs. We were looking forward to having a Ford collar and leash for our pets. Sad that this didn’t work out for our pups. Please do better with the dogs comfort in mind. That’s too much weight for any dog to carry around, especially with all their other tags on the collar.

Only problem is it fade

Great collar it only problem is it does fade over time

Like the collar

Like the collar, only complaint is that I ordered the "Built Ford Tough" and received the Ford oval (hence only 4 stars). Still happy overall, not worth my time to return for the one I originally ordered.
