After 7 Years !!!!

Okay I’m the guy who does very few reviews. But I figured after seven years with a product and still completely happy with it it was deemed necessary. I originally purchased these to drive in after working a construction job then commuting home for an hour+ They are perfect because of the rounded heel area. Then they started to be my every day out of the house quick slip on shoes that turned into my working outside in the yard shoes. I still wear these every single day in the past 7 years!!!! They have just now started a small hole in the big toe area. I will continue wearing these because they have been the best shoes I’ve ever owned in my life! Hoping my next pair will hold up just as well as these.

Good shoes

I use these shoes as home slippers and they do run a little tight (have a high mid-foot) especially with sweat socks on. They have stretched out after a while and fit perfectly now. I get fasciitis in both my feet with flareups which can occur in any part to the sole. Along with Spenco insoles in my walking shoes, I am able to minimize the frequency of pain/swelling attacks. To anyone who is suffering from the same condition (which is fairly common), i noticed that the flareups are preceded by dull pain and inflammation the night before, that's when I know I'll be limping in the morning. Take Advil or anti-inflammatory of your choice before you go to sleep and your mornings will be much better. Using the above method, I went from 2 flareups/month which caused 2 hours of really bad pain in the morning and limping the rest of the day to 1 flareup per month at most with slight discomfort in the morning and no limping. Going to the gym on the same day is not a problem. Good luck!

Great little pump!

Love this little pump. I use it for water exchanges on my 30 gallon reef tank. First I use it to stir the water when I add Salt to my RO water. I let the pump mix the water overnight. I extract 5 gallons of water from my tank with a siphon, then I attach tubing to the pump and add the new salt water to the tank using the pump that's already in the saltwater bucket. It works great and I don't have to lift up the 5 gallon bucket to the level of the tank to pour it in. The pump works great for this purpose. I have had no problems with the pump. The price was reasonable and I'd buy it again if anything happens to this little pump.

Heck yeah!

Looked at open heal shoes for weeks. Tried some newer style crocks & couldn't ger comfortable in them. These are great. Very well made and stylish. A unique insole which takes a little adjusting but feels greT on my feet. So glad I decided to give these a try. I will be adding more to my shoe shelf. I also have the Kenneth Coles and I tried the sanuks on at a local store. These make tge other shoes look like low grade dollar store products. Don't hesitate. They are great shoes. You can find a plethora of insoles on their website too. I researched the company before I order. I'm into the details like that. Spenco Is a true shoe company. I'm glad I found them.

I bought is as a slipper for around the house

Looks like this same shoe is sold for both men and women. It's hard to find men's slippers with good support. Most men's slippers seem to have no form, just a lot of fur and leather. My feet are way too warm for fur. Anyway, these are excellent, easy to slip on and off, have excellent support, maybe even too much at first. I wanted the strong arch, but these have a bump in the center of your foot, I've never seen that before. It didn't bother my left foot, but it really hurt my right foot. I guess the pain was therapeutic, it finally stopped. Really enjoying the shoe.

Love these!

Love, love, love. So, I'm a woman with very flat, wide'ish feet (sometimes i can wear regular, sometimes need wide). I recently got custom orthotic inserts, which are fine for my sneakers, but I needed a casual kick-off shoe with similar support. I couldn't be more pleased. These look great with jeans, love the cork sole, and they're roomy enough that I can wear them with socks if I want to, but ok if I go barefoot too. I took them out of the box, put them on, and wore them all day with no discomfort at all. I'll be buying more of these in the future. Love the "worn canvas" appearance too, kinda funky, will go great with all my linen clothes too.

Comfy slip-on shoes :-)

I originally purchased a size 9, which I had to return for an 8. I normally wear an 8.5 or 9 in a shoe. These are great slip-ons, and very confortable once you get used to them. The support "bump" doesn't feel right at first... but then your foot adjusts and they're really great. Would buy this branf again.

Falling apart

I really like these for around the house and yard and sometimes to the store but after a year and a half the material around the top seam is separating. A one inch hole now. Doubt it will last 6 more months before they are unwearable.
