This purchase served the purpose
I was instructed to purchase this item by my Dr. for part of my recovery for my broke foot. I guess it's serving its purpose.

Expensive but comfortable
Using these in athletic shoes and quad skates. For the quad skates they are excellent absorbing impact and lending excellent Arch support. Improves the comfort of skate boots dramatically. Also allows for longer periods of skating without developing foot pain.

Great Shoe inserts!
These shoe inserts are the best over- the -counter products I’ve used. In fact, they have so successfully improved my foot health that I now use them in all of my shoes (hiking, sports and dress shoes)!

Medical Grade Support
I work on my feet in the OR fifty hours a week and these are lifesavers. Even the expensive shoes usually come with mediocre insoles with no support. My $150 Hoka insoles failed after a few months and these Spenco insoles revived the shoe to like new or better. I’ve owned at least eight pairs of these and they give excellent support and comfort for my work shoes, exercise sneakers and hiking boots. I first learned about Spenco insoles when I saw them for sale in a medical supply storefront. They really are medical grade for an affordable price. Don’t pay $40-60 for insoles at the mall or Fleet feet, buy these! The Cross Trainer is their thickest most l supportive version with full foot support and extra heel padding. These will give you about 3/8” of a boost which I like but some people might not. I recommend these to all my co-workers, friends and patients.

Good Cushioning, No Support
These insoles are soft and provide good cushioning. However, I was looking for arch support, and these don't provide it. The arches are small and soft, meaning there's almost no support at all.

Husband finds them helpful for his back
These insoles were recommended by by husband's chiropractor to assist w/ his stride & posture to improve a problem he's been having w/ his lower back. We've been w/ this chiropractor for 18 years, so we have great confidence in his recommendations. So far they seem to be having a positive effect, along w/ his chiro treatments. My husband is a big guy, tall and heavy boned, so he goes through shoes like crazy because he's on his feet most of the day. We've both used Spenco before and they do improve back issues - at least for us.

Worth the money
I still have the original version of these that are 20 years old and are still supportive and comfortable! I would swap them into every pair of shoes to give support and comfort to any pair of shoes even converse! They are expensive. But they are the only innersoles you ever need! Now I have a couple and means I have to swap them less

Pretty useless
They’re not that great especially for the €40ish price. The old occupational versions were much more comfortable and much thicker.

Great!
Had a knee surgery, these we're the best I could find, I wanted to continue exercising so these enabled me to do so without putting my knee at further risk of damage. Used fem months, quite comfortable, easy to move from shoe to shoe, not very heavy but very cushiony, odourless as well. Overall excellent product and will definitely buy more of these. Highly recommend.

Pretty good
These took ages to arrive. It is a good pair of insoles though I think the sorbo double strike are comparable. Insoles are very subjective, different strokes for different folks really.

Top quality, brilliant product.
I use these in my running shoes (30Km/week). They get mud-soaked every run in winter (I run in marsh forest). This has no effect on them whatsoever regarding wear and dampening. Even with this abuse, they will easily last three years (this is my third pair). Also use them in my combat boots.
