Definitely Helps

Was surprised at how well these do reliably alleviate plantar fasciitis issues. I use them in a pair of timberland work boots with hard soles. My only complaint is that while they provide great cushion and support for the heel and arch, they severely lack in cushioning for the ball of the foot which is a problem area for me.

Great cushion and arch support

I put these in my UGG slippers for better support due to my plantar fasciitis. I like this kind over the classic green and black spenco because they offer more cushioning and comfort. I also use these inside a pair of leather knee high boots ???? because they did not have the support I needed so now they are comfortable

The only insoles I can wear.

These are the only insoles I can use with my plantar fasciitis. I wish they were a little more cushioned in the toe area but the arch support hits just right for me.

Comfort for 9hr shifts

First off, I work in retail on concrete floors for 9hrs constantly moving at decent pace sometimes faster depending on demand. I have a leg discrepancy of 5/8 difference so with a heel lift and these with asic’s nimbus gel 24’s. Ultimate comfort for me, especially the heel shock absorbency and overall arch support. I’ve been using these for two weeks thus far and have pleased with them and wearing a 9.5 shoe these fit as intended, just trim them down to a size 10 mark and fit snug.

Good Product!

So far this product has prevented getting Any soreness in my feet, but I just wear these for walking around. The shoes I wear them in aren’t as cushioned as my running shoes so I can’t tell how cushioned they are, but I feel that the support they provide is more than adequate.

Great product

This insole is great, provides support but not rigid. It's super light also.
