Splendid, you're breakin' my heart!

I feel like four stars is generous for this tee as it's misrepresented and did not meet my expectations. This is 100% cotton which I love, but not Supima (premium American cotton), and modal as listed at the time of writing. In conjunction with the $50+ ticket price I think this is a bit much. I asked myself if I replaced the Splendid tag with a Rue 21 brand tag, would I know the difference? A resounding 'no.' Expectations aside I love the blue camo vintage ink. It's a nice alternative to the classic green pattern. The fabric is quite lightweight and breezy, very comfortable to wear. It's nowhere near anything like the soft Splendid modal blends I have been revelling in though. The workmanship is good, but the sleeve design is a little off. It flares. Maybe it's an attempt to make this more feminine but it wings out a bit which I don't like. It just looks poorly cut or stretched out and misshapen. Okay, backing down to three stars now. Perhaps when I was introduced to the brand I was fortunate enough to try some of their best. Now I find myself ordering with caution as I have figured out that this is not one of those go-to brands where everything in their lineup will excite me or be what I perceive to be worth the asking price. It feels a bit like a quick bait and switch to cheaper materials and engineering after I got hooked on some of their finer stuff, all at a similar price point. In any event, this small fits me well at 36/31/41, and 5'2". I'll be wearing this. I really do like it and the cool color is what is saving me from totally dumping this disappointing date — just not crazy about the blousy sleeves, misrepresented fiber blend and the lack of value.

Baggy and unflattering

One wash and it lost it’s shape, baggy and unflattering. Ordered an XS and it fits like a medium. This will be a night shirt and only worn when i don’t leave the house.

I love this t-shirt so much. I really love this brand, everything from Splendid is amazing and its a trusted high quality brand. I am 5'5 165 pounds and have 34E breasts. I ordered a small and it fits perfectly. Little snug but thats what I was looking for. The material is soft, thin, and amazing. Not see threw either. Washes really well. I highly recommend this.

Soft but expencive!

I truly do love Splendid and their items, not only are they just beyond ridiculously soft; But the small fits amazing! For reference I'm 5'3 125lb, 36B this top is not tight at all still loose enough to feel comfortable. The only reason this review is getting a 3 star is because it's $52, which is crazy! I mean the quality is there.. just not that high in price. This print is done by lots of companies so if you are just looking for the print I would go else where. Now if you don't mind paying this amount... I would still say this Vneck top is worth it based off the softness. This is a total personal choice purchase! I do still love the way it feels and looks; will go with pretty much anything!

100% Cotton

Th description says that this is made of modal, which is not the case at all, it is 100% cotton. If that matters to you, then you should start off knowing that. This is a very fine gauge cotton knit that drapes well and is a touch transparent, but the dark colors in the print largely make that irrelevant. It is super soft and extremely comfortable. The print is very cute navy/blue/gray camo - very trendy but subtly so. It does run on the larger side. I am 5'7, 160lbs, 36DD and the size small is not tight on me, although it is more fitted than is shown on the model. I would have preferred a medium, my usual size, for the additional length, but the small will work fine with high rise bottoms and a minimizing bra.
