Fourth generation in wonderful shoes

Quality

This shoe is less than 3 months old. We just washed it for the second time per instructions. The supports in the heals of the shoes have come loose and have moved. Resulting in my son no-longer being able to wear them. We have always purchase Stride Rite shoes for him. He has never wore out the previous pairs, with the exception of one pair when he was only 2 years of age, he just usually outgrows them. I will think twice before buying these again for him. He had at least another 2.5 months of use before he would need new shoes. At the price of these I would expect them to last a lot more than 2 washings on the delicate cycle of our wash machine. I would really appreciate a response to this. Charles W Drew
