It does look really good on the bed but I bought the wrong color. Still I made by others so I can have different color schemes in my bedroom. Very nice and looks really good.

mattress piece matches the skirt - but isn't microfiber

It is nice because the mattress part (that goes over the box spring) matches the bedskirt instead of being white like my old one was. This way if it slips down it is not as easy to see it, so it always looks nice. This is a 15" drop so is fine for my regular size (not tall) spring/bed clearance. I wouldn't really call it "microfiber" it is more like just a thin regular fabric (cotton/poly or similar). Not what I thought, but looks good so I'll give it a 4.

Too Big

The measurements for a twin bed are off. This bed skirt was too big for my bed.

GREAT LOOK

I love the way the pleats held up in the wash. I put it on my bed and it looks just like the picture. The only reason I am not giving it 5 starts is because it would be great if it is constructed with a wide elastic band or some sort of feature that would keep it in place on the box spring so that it doesn't slip when you are replacing the mattress. I do recommend it.

Excellent value.

Excellent product for this price point. Deep rich plum. The thickness is that of a cotton bed sheet. I ironed it out of the package. There is no need to iron the papery cloth part that is hidden by the second mattress. Fit my queen mattress perfectly. If you want a really thick product you can expect to pay at least $50 to $75 more. I checked.

Better than expected.

Normally, bed skirts have the fabric on the side and the middle is made of some awkward white filmy material? Awful, especially if the dimentions aren't exactly right for the box spring or the bed shifts (changing sheets, moving the bed, flipping the mattress, etc.) This bed skirt is the same material in the middle as the side. I love it! it a bit of the middle part hangs over the side of the box spring it isn't noticeable. Plus, the middle material seems much more durable than the white stuff. I would recommend this product to everyone!

Nice basic bedskirt

This is a decent bedskirt that I purchased to help stage my home while it was on the market. It looks 10x better when the edges are properly creased. I got the king size bedskirt, so ironing it was not a simple task. After wrestling with a ton of fabric and a traditional iron, I gave up. I had a moment of inspiration and tried using my hair straightener. Ding! Amazing professional results. Ladies, if you have a hair straightener, use it to iron the corners of this (or any) bedskirt. That is the only way I could figure out how to get those professional creases. For the half of the fabric that goes underneath the flap that shows, I used safety pins to pin it securely to the mattress before ironing the crease on the outside. It also kept the slippery bedskirt from sliding around as the mattress shifted. Voila.

It is soft, drapes nicely, doesn't attract lint or hair, and after a quick press with an iron out of the package, it looks fabulous on the bed. Unlike a lot of bed skirts out there where the top of the skirt (the part sandwiched between box spring and mattress) is made of a cheap white material, this bed skirt is made of the same fabric all over---no white slivers showing between box spring and mattress. I knew when I ordered it that the drop was longer than I needed, and I expected to have to hem it on arrival, but instead I just pulled the skirt onto the box spring a couple of inches all the way around. It was easy to get it to look good and so far it's stayed that way---no shifting. One warning: there's a skirt on only three sides. This is perfect if your headboard is against a wall, but if you place your bed in the middle of the room and need a skirt on all four sides, this isn't the skirt for you. I would definitely buy this bed skirt again and recommend to family and friends in a heartbeat.

Nice Bed Skirt

Nice bed skirt. Light blue colour is really a nice colour. Washed up really well. True to size as advertised; as it fits a queen box spring very well. Four, as opposed to a five star rating however, because the skirt does wrinkle quite easily; despite it being advertised as wrinkle resistant . Price is great. Bed skirt arrived very quickly; within a few days of ordering. Would purchase another one without question.

Works great for waterbeds!

I love the quality, texture and colour. Because we have a waterbed I had to modify the bed skirt slightly as I am unable to lift the full water bladders to lay the sheet flat underneath. All I had to do was cut a large portion of the centre out and tuck it under the bladders all away around. It fit my king size bed perfectly, and just touches the floor. I'm very happy with it.
