Was very skeptical...
... but for $9.99, why the heck not?! This thing works! I have a Cobra Stingray 40 mallet that I putt pretty well with but couldn't get a consistent straight-line roll (sharpie line). I'd still make a bunch of putts but a lot were ugly wobblers that I knew was from inconsistent face contact. This 75g weight fixed it instantly! I left a bunch of initial putts short but after a while, got distance and line going perfectly straight and they were dropping from 15' over and over. What a difference!

Good addition to calm down some jitters..
Lots of good reviews on this and I can't complain either. I've used it only a limited amount during rounds of play, but my lag putting has improved noticeably. The weight has lessened my tendency to stab and jab, I would often run the ball way past the hole. This calms down some of the jitters.

Just what i needed
I bought the Kirkland putter because i liked the feel of it in the store. On the course i was reading the lines correct but was leaving ALL putts short 2 feet then blowing past the hole. Read somewhere added weight will give it the umph I need without having to draw back too far. Let's just say 2 putts from any distance is no longer an issue...Now to find a weight or something for the driver hooking like crazy lol!!

A difference maker
Before you give up on your heavy putter, you need to install a Super stroke grip and this weight. The counterbalance was a game changer for me. Highly recommend trying this, with the free returns you can't go wrong.

Gives you a smoother swing with more weight through counterbalancing!
The putter I use is a Scotty Cameron Newport and it doesn't have the ability to add weights to the bottom of the putter. But by purchasing a new grip with the ability to add the right counterbalancing, I hot the power I wanted without losing the control I need! You can do the same and these work eith wedges or any club to be honest. But talk to your pro as you don't want to make changes that get you confused. Especially in golf!

Perfect weight to make putting smoother.
You need to have the Super Stroke Grip that allows you to screw in the weight through the shaft. If you don’t you can still get screw in weights that you tighten with an Allen wrench but you’ll have to drill a hole in the end of your grip. The 100g weight was perfect for me that allows my hands to stay more stable through the putting stroke. I prefer a tighter putting grip and it makes the weight under my hands feel like I’m stroking the ball a lot smoother. I’m using an odyssey blade style putter also. Can’t say if it helps on mallet style but it worked perfect for me.

Good in theory but couldn't really notice any difference
I got this for my SuperStroke Traxion Tour XL+Plus figuring it would be a nice accessory. After putting it in, I really couldn't tell any difference in the feel of my putter. I installed this on an original Scotty Cameron Futura putter. It's already lightweight as is so this added weight really didn't make any noticeable difference.
