Great pressure and options

We added the handheld with a diverter right on top of the overhead shower. Works great.

2 DOA showerheads at the same time

Handle is very attractive, and is solid. I ordered 2 of these, and have no issues with the handles. I installed both showerheads in 2 different bathrooms, and each one had a different issue with it. I swapped them, and they had the same issues in the other bathroom. One of the showerheads shot water out the back (not in through the connection between the showerhead and the extension pipe, but out of the ball joint in the showerhead itself). The other showerhead has a consistently weak stream out of the center nozzles (i.e., different from the other showerhead, which has a strong stream out of the center nozzles but the aforementioned leak). These will be great when they work, but we will see when that happens. I have replacements on the way now (yay amazon!)

Looks nice but the mixing valve leaves a lot to be desired

Fit and finish is very good. However the mixing valves take an incredible amount of time to get the water temperature correct. I have a Rinnai instant hot water heater. This valve doesn't seem to work very well with it if you're just a little too hot it takes forever to cool it back down and or get it to the right temperature. It took me 4 minutes the last time I took a shower to achieve the right temperature because of the valve that mixes inside the unit is not accurate. Making for an incredible waste of water and a extra-long shower time
