Pretty.. but dirty :(
Product fits as expected. They are lovely! Although image displayed is different from the real product, what you will receive is Ted Baker Raidha Heels. The box was not in mint condition, maybe due to shipping and handling issues. After opening the box, i noticed that the heels aren't as clean as you would expected a new pair would look like. They look unused, but they look evidently old already (maybe dusty or been on display for a long time). Nevertheless they're very comfortable when I first tried them on. Hopefully they would be as comfy when used for longer period of time.

Gorgeous pair but the sizing is off
Wow! These shoes make my legs look so long and lean! The suede is soft and pleasant to the touch, the color is delicate and rose gold inserts are a nice eye-catching addition to the posh look of the shoes. My only complaint is the sizing. The shoes say it is 9.5, the box says 9 US, 6.5 UK, 39 EU. I do wear 9 in most of my shoes and 39 EU. However, it is no way 9.5! 9 fits me rather loose and I take 8.5 for Coach and 9 for Marc Jacobs... these fit me like 8.5 in Coach: snugly comfortable.

I purchased Ted Baker Women's Raidha Heeled Sandal/ color pink Blossom. The sandal is soooo pretty, stylish, excellent quality and most importantly very comfortable. Generally my shoe size is 6.5 ( it depends on the brands). I got 6/ 36.5 and fits me well. I would say that it fits true to size. Very happy with my purchase and I will definitely recommend this item. Thanks!

Labeled as new but wasn't
These shoes look and fit great but were mislabeled as new. They appear to have been worn based on the condition of the straps and scallop detail around the shoe. I'd like to return but am stuck with them because of the return window.
