A great stand in for a compression sock.

The socks are excellent for edema, If you cannot get a compression sock on. The nurse informed us that somethings better than nothing for this condition.

Excellent plantar fasciitis aid

These are the best socks I've found to provide comfort to plantar fasciitis. I also wear a compression foot sleeve and use orthotic insoles. But, the combination of these socks, compression and insoles has me walking and running pain free.

Disappointed as too small

I bought a pair 5 years ago that have held up well with hiking. This pewter pair is a large, but not made like it at all. It was tight on my foot when it should have been roomy. I wear a women's size 11, regular width, but I buy men's socks as women's usually stop at size 9 or 10. Trying another color in L and XL as I like the thickness of the socks.

Best socks ever. Worth the $

Amazingly comfortable socks. While expensive, I have not found a soft, thick, comfortable or arch supporting sock that comes anywhere near how amazing my feet feel in these socks. Even though one pair of these Thorlos socks coats what you would pay for a normal “6 pack” of socks, they are absolutely worth it in my opinion. I’ve tried other “thick” socks from other brands and Thorlos, but these are the best. If you have terrible feet like mine, this is a pair of socks I recommend you try out.

Best sock investment ever!

Have been wearing Thorlos for more than 15 years, love them. Still have the first pair I ever bought for my first marathon in 2003. They are made well, last forever and feel good on my feet.

Very comfortable socks

I recently bought a pair of these socks to address some foot pain. Although I still have some pain, it is not quite as sharp as it was. I am very grateful for these socks.

I love them!

Not too tight, and not so loose they fall down. Sturdy, long wearing. I have reordered another 2 pair, and will order more next year.

Therlo socks are the best

Bought one pair. Liked them so much for walking, and bought 2 more pairs. Been wearing white Therlo socks for a decade. These are nice color you can wear with jeans or dress slacks.

Excellent

These are such an excellent product, I've bought several over the years and wear them 24/7 from October to April. They are warm, comfortable, protective, wash easily and stay in place without squeezing your legs. Well worth the money.

Comfortable hiking sock for day hikes and short walks

I have been using Thorlos hiking socks for 10 years now and I find them very comfortable. I use them for day hikes and shorter 'sunday afternoon' type walks. Until recently I could only find these in the US, but it is good to see them appearing in the UK. There are different sock types avaialble, varying by weight, composition and recommended use, but I have not had a problem with any of them when used in either hot or cold and icy conditions. I especially like the Thorlo Light Weight Mens Hiking Sock. I have found that some of my Thorlos socks have shrunk a little, so do pay attention to the washing instructions - something I now do!

Good quality sock

Good quality sock, if you are [Brit] military, these are a pleasant and hard-wearing alternative to the issued black sock - and if you are really old-and-bold, on a par with the old green wool sock. Worn on AFTs and a few bergan runs with no problems at all with Alt-bergs, and very comfortable cutting about in low-liability boots. 5 stars, and worth every penny.

Too Big and Slippery

Once worn in, these socks stretch quite a lot. The slippery material surface is not best suited for winter use as they feel cold to touch.
