Perfect Fit

Very comfortable work glove

Great work glove for home construction, more comfortable and flexible than others.

Quality isn’t what it used to be.

Have worn Tillman gloves for decades and never had a pair like this. Right thumb is about an inch extra long. Very disappointed.

Great gloves for general work around the shop

These gloves are well made. Like any leather gloves you have to wear them for an hour or two to break them in but then they're comfortable. They aren't welding gloves and you can't use them for that because they aren't thick enough or reinforced at the fingertips/palm area to insulate against the heat. If you pick up a hot piece you just welded, you will get burned (experience). But as general around the shop gloves they are my go to. Perfect for preventing those scratches and cuts you get from hammering, sawing, filing, etc. but not so thick that you can't feel anything or move your fingers.

Thumb is way to long

I bought these based on a review from the Magid gloves saying these were better. Well that is not true. The thumbs are about 1/2'' too long while the other fingers are perfect or maybe just barely short. (I have pretty average hands). The stitching between the fingers is inconsistent from finger to finger. And to top it off they staple the gloves to the paper packaging so there is staple sized holes at the base of the gloves. I changed these to a 3 star review. After getting another pair of Magid gloves these are better. The thumbs are still too long and in the way. The Magid gloves also had a staple in the gloves holding the packaging also creating holes in the leather.

They will happily give your gloves a quick stitch and make you ...

The hand fitment has a lot of room for improvement. A large size will fit your average sized paws for the most part. I suggest that you buy twice the amount that you actually intend to use. Test fit the gloves when you get them, half of them will have an index or thumb finger that is annoyingly too long... That's okay, turn it inside out, cut it, mark the new stitching line and drop it off to your local upholstery/shoe repair shop....They will happily give your gloves a quick stitch and make you a very happy customer. I've tried the knock off brands, I will tell you from my experience, Tillman 1415L gloves are the ONLY choice for you...and me.

Awesome gloves!!!

Great gloves for yard work! After buying and using the cheap cow hide and cloth gloves found at Lowes I watched a YouTube video on trimming rose bushes and person talked about the benefits of goat skin gloves. Well I bought these gloves and love them. The gloves conform to my hands which make them real easy to work with - not clumsy. They are also awesome working with rose bushes and other rough wood. Got my very frugal brother to buy a pair after I let him borrow them for a wood cutting and splitting workday that I helped him with. Buy them - you won't be disappointed.
