Great for incontinence!
As an older lady, periods are in the past for me- but now it's incontinence! I REFUSE to wear a diaper, and all of the pads marketed as specific for this problem are way overpriced, and feel like you're wearing a mattress. This pad covers you from the start of your privates to your backside. They are as thin as a panty liner but are super absorbent. I love how they fan out in the front and back, but are cut out in the middle for those of us who's thighs rub together. Seriously, you can't even feel it when you're wearing it. For those of you ladies who have this issue, you know that if you sneeze or cough when you're sitting down, or if you sometimes dribble, the urine isn't necessarily landing in the same place as when you're standing. The sheer size of these pads guarantees that there won't be any surprises. Also, the charcoal strip really does mask any odors, so no embarrassment issue there. If you've been looking for a pad that will cover your whole private area, absorb everything, lock in urine odor and doesn't cost an arm and a leg, this is for you.

Perfection
These are my fave pads. I’m sure companies have started making pads teeny tiny because, money. But I’ll even purchase these online (obviously) at any reasonable price because Kotex gets it. I don’t need to spend time mopping, cleaning, changing clothes, and generally looking like my own personal crime scene because some company marketing is trying to make cutesy little multicolor pads that will fit in thongs. Kotex: if someone on the BoD is reading this, PLEASE do me the solid of notifying me if these will ever be discontinued. I’ll buy whatever you have left. For real.

Get so many in a shipment
Great for spotting or light days and provides enough cover for me (140 lbs. and 38 in. hips). I prefer buying the larger packs because I won't have to worry about running out for like 6 months.

U products Rock!!!
I love Kotex U products and ny new favorite is the charcoal pads. I love the over night and extra heavy overnight because of the size/coverage I don't worry about accidents and bonus they're all ultra thin so you don't really feel them and now the new charcoal pads don't disappoint. The only downside is the price but the quality is worth it. I stay stocked up on U products I hope they will have a sale for these new pads I will buy a ton if they do.

Be careful which style you re buying.
Overnights (orange) Back is not much wider than the front. There are over night extra long that have back end that is 2xs wider, literally fans out. These are not those Extra Heavy overnight (purple) are 100% amazing for coverage. Has decent absorption. Love them for the wide back. I have been an always infinity fan because pad length and zero feel, these are comparable.

Trying to use pads for leakage problems
I have tried three types of pads for nocturnal issues. These seem to be the best for staying in place and for comfort.

Fake and sold same price as original
This is definitely a fake product. It doesn’t look or feel anything like the Kotex I have been using for years. The pack of 36 I bought was the original but this pack of 108 is very fake
