Everything but for the fit was perfect. Small size was a little too large everywhere. I don't know what's up with that. Apart from that, great white full sleeve. Love the pockets, eppaulette holders look durable. :)

Best Pilot shirts I have purchased so far and at half the price!
Fabric and stitching appear to be excellent. And, for half the cost of my previous purchases of Harbor Bay Pilot Long Sleeve shirts, make them look down right chintzy. Especially fabric weight!

Great quality, but just a tad large.
I mainly buy shirts for the collar-size, because the shirts that fit my body, are usually too tight for my neck. So, I buy shirts to fit my neck and then have the body altered (taken in) by a tailor to fit right. So, there isn't a real issue, unless you don't have a tailor available. The material is actually quite good. The sewing job on the shirt is really good; no loose threads or improperly sewn seams. I'm very pleased with the thread-count. It seems about 400 threads per inch (tpi), which is good, but I can't be 100% sure of that, it's just a guess. The material is a bit thin, but on a hot day, it will be welcome. I will suggest you wear a white t-shirt underneath, not a tank-top, as you will be able to see it through the shirt material. The t-shirt will make it less obvious. The epaulets are of good size, and hold the pilot rank cuffs firmly without much play. Once ironed, the shirt looks quite professional and is appropriate for business attire if your company doesn't issue their own uniform. For the price, this is the BEST choice. I bought a similarly priced shirt from another seller, and they fell through. I never received the shirt for 2 months and am currently still waiting. This shirt arrived in a few days with tracking, the one that hasn't shown up, has no tracking and is over a week overdue. I was hoping to do a comparison review, but that will have to wait now.

Button down pocket flaps don't close the breast pockets
The button down flaps are supposed to be above the breast pockets so they can be buttoned down to secure the contents of the breast pockets when buttoned closed. On these shirts the flap is on the outside of the breast pocket and merely serve a cosmetic purpose leaving the breast pockets open and not secure. I have had a local seamstress change the flaps so that, when buttoned closed, the contents of the breast pockets are secure. The cloth is of good quality and the fits is good.

I’d love 100% cotton and real pocket flaps, but this was all that was available and it was better than I expected from the specs.
