Both bulbs failed on first switch on

Both bulbs failed after about 1 second after switch on. Bulbs had white residue inside glass. Replaced them with the original 40W bulbs that were in the socket.

FINALLY!

This is the third round of light bulbs we've tried for our vanity light bar in the bathroom. They go into a clear, glass fixture. These aren't too bright or blinding and perfectly soft lighting! Thank you!

Subdued Lighting!

Need that subdued LOW lighting to set the mood when I listen to some Vintage Jazz vinyl, these bulbs set the mode, do the job! ...Gratitude.

Working Great - Smaller than Average

I ordered 4 packs of these, when they arrived 2 out of the 8 were broken. Amazon promptly replaced the broken ones without having to do any type of return. These are great for our bathroom vanity. Keep in mind they are smaller than an average light bulb.

Longevity

I purchased the bulbs twice. Three of the bulbs burned out as soon as they were inserted into the socket.

Solid, unique bulb

I use these bulbs in a 3-light chandelier, have been using them for years, and want to continue using them for another 30 years, if I last that long. I heard rumors that these will be discontinued. This distresses me. These are fine little bulbs, only made by Westinghouse now. Please don't discontinue.
