Well Built for Small Work

I purchased these small hex bits to complement the torx set, also by Wiha. I've used the hex bits more often for knife disassembly and reassembly, but on rare occasions the hex bits have proven necessary. They are well made. The handles by Wiha are well designed, permitting use of controlled force and precision work at the same time.

Nice Metric 1/4" Hex Bit Set

Needed some more Metric Hex bits, a bit hard to find. Wiha is good quality and worth the extra money. It's better to buy a GOOD tool than lots of CHEAP CRAP!

Tight tolerance

I bought these because of a particular ride that I work on always gives issues with stripping screw heads. We have to fix the onboard audio system for this ride almost nightly and one night after I had several heads strip out on me I ordered these. Other than one time where someone before me stripped out the heads putting it back together, I haven't had to use an extrator at all. I can't fault these for not working on a head that someone completely rounded out before I even touched it. I was hesitant at first to spend $10 on 6 bits but now I will tell you it was well worth it. If these ever wear out on me I'll be right back here buying the same set again.

really strong.

I got a large set of screw tips in a nice case that had these sizes but they wore out, especially the small ones. I've used these quite a bit and they don't how any sign of twisting so I think these will last a lot longer. I'll replace tips as they wear out with quality tips like this as I go along. The square and phillips were before these but the torx I'll probably buy from Wilha next as those are getting a little sad after one use.

Great bits, Wiha is second to none on their hex bits

Handy metric set to add to another kit I have. These are great bits and if you're new to Wiha you'll find that they are appreciably better in both sizing and strength than most other bits out there from any brand. Some years back they changed from Germany to Vietnam but the "new" ones honestly seem every bit as good as the old ones - truly cannot tell a difference in them for the System 4 or the regular 1/4" bits, even the teeny ones, except that they are now etched instead of stamped. I don't even know if any manufacturers still make hex bits in the US anymore but since I gradually switched to full Wiha over the years, I think theirs are better than any of the US brands I used for years including o.g. Apex. I can't believe the low-star reviews here complaining about the plastic bit holder. Geez. Makes you wonder if those people even used the bits at all before "reviewing" them. My only complaint would be that it'd be nice to have a 1.5mm and maybe an 8mm available in a strip kit like this.

They fit well and are durable

Nothing worse than sloppy fitting allen keys made of soft metal. Wiha tools fit well and are made of hard, tough steel.

Saved The Day!!

I needed an extra small set of Allen/hex shaped sockets to troubleshoot a weapon project. The 2mm worked perfectly and I avoided using the small Allen wrench that came from the another product. My only small issue is that it was delivered to my neighbor ‘s home, but great neighbors still exist as they brought it to me the same day it was delivered. :-) Definitely a happy ending.

Nice packaging but item different from pictures not wiha black stamped. It won't let me upload picture. Items are a darker grey wiha is etched into it very hard to see and size is almost unreadable. Havent used them yet but we'll priced imo if they turns out to be genuine

Precisely Made and Fits Hex Bolts Snug

I bought this for using with a torque driver which I use for my bike. The bits which came with the torque driver are not made accurate to size. This results in looseness or “play” when tightening bolts. These Wiha bits are significantly better. They fit snug in the hex bolts. Not quite as snug as a hex key made by Bondhus but close. The material, finishing, packaging are very clean and professional looking.

Just what I expected and as I needed!

This set of miniature metric allen keys is perfect to have when adjusting or fixing a bicycle. The sizes are exactly sized and contained in a compact container, easy to pack and use. I would not hesitate to buy this item!

Quality metric hex bits. Ideal for maintaining my radio control cars/trucks and my 3D printer. Priced on the heavy side, but quality makes up for it as there are many low-quality hex bits out there on the market.
