Flexes Below 400 Degrees

Decent pans, cheap. Nonstick surface is easy to clean. But the pans flex when they get hot, even as low as 375F.

Non-Stick Medium Baking Sheet: A Reliable, High-Quality Tool for Any Baker

Well folks, let me tell you, I've been cooking up a storm lately and this Non-Stick Medium Baking Sheet has been a lifesaver! I don't know about you, but I hate it when my cookies or roasted vegetables stick to the pan - it's such a mess to clean up, and often ruins the whole batch. That's why I was so excited to try out this non-stick baking sheet. And let me tell you, it has not disappointed! This sheet is made from steel and has a non-stick coating, which makes it a breeze to bake and clean. It's the perfect size too - at 15.25 x 10.25 inches, it's large enough to hold a good amount of goodies, but not so big that it takes up too much space in the kitchen. The silver color is sleek and modern, adding a touch of style to my cooking setup.

Smaller than expected, but good

This product is a fair amount smaller than the standard size baking sheet I was expecting (although it does match the dimensions given in the product description), but otherwise it appears to be good quality, durable non-stick equipment. The metal alloy baking sheet is thick without being too heavy. The surface is definitely non-stick, even perhaps a bit too sticky as food tends to slide around before you even put it in the oven. The pan works well for baking cookies without burning the bottoms. It is easy to clean. I have cooked several things that are often quite sticky/burned on and suck foodstuffs wipe off easily. The instructions say that the pan is dishwasher safe, but for best results to simply hand wash it in warm soapy water. We don't even have a dishwasher - hand washing has been more than adequate. I've only been using this pan for a couple weeks, so I will update this review if we experience any problems with scratching or warping, but so far it has held up well and appears to be quite durable.

Time for cookies! Best part is they don't stick!

My cookie sheets have seen better days! I was on the look out for new ones. This Wilson baking sheet has been great so far! Super easy to clean up. It really just needs a little bit of soap and water and it comes clean! My cookies cooked evenly. I love the non-stick surface. My other pan was a cheap one but lasted for years. I always had to scrub hard to get it clean but there was always some residue left. This one looks new still. I am hoping this lasts a very long time and keeps the non-stock surface. This is the medium sized sheet 15.25 x 10.25-Inch. I have this one and the bigger sized Wilson sheet. I have a picture to compare the two. I have seen some scratches appear on the bottom of the pan due to storage. So be careful of that. I would highly recommend any Wilson baking sheet for your cooking needs!
