Not as well lined as the men's version

I have livestock that I have to tend to twice a day, so I ordered these thinking they would be the perfect pants for winter chores. My husband wears this same brand in but in the men's version, so I mistakenly assumed that the lining would be like the pants he has. I was wrong, the lining in the women's version is about half as thick as the man's version. Also, regarding the fit, the crotch in these pants fits weird, more like the fit in a guys pair of pants. I would not recommend these if you are looking for heavy duty winter outdoor pants. If you want something to just wear around the house or out running errands they should be fine.

Problematic sizing and fit

Super bummed by sizing and fit. I ordered the smallest size available, 0x30. I'm 5'1" and about 100 lbs. These were several inches too long, but I kinda expected that with the 30" length and that's workable at a push. What isn't workable is what's happening at the top. In order for these to fit over my hips and at the crotch well, the waistband had to be at my natural waist -- which is fine. Unfortunately, there was more than an inch of extra space at the waistband that gapped at the back -- on its own, in the naturally stiff fabric. Pulling the waistband down to fit over the hips of course accordianed the fabric at the top of the thigh and dropped the crotch a few inches between the thighs. The fit overall, especially from mid-thigh through shin, was a little baggy as well. I don't get it! How is it a 0? The fabric feels thick and durable, the fuzzy layer inside is comfortable and not super noticable against the skin, and the side pocket fits my ~3.25"x6.5" Moto G Fast in Rugged Shield protector -- which is a major criterion for me as I need fast, secure access to my phone on the job (easy to grab, not going to fall out or get scraped or wet, etc., easily by sticking too far out of the pocket). I'm looking for comparable work pants to my Carhartt Crawford Double-Front Slims (which are now gone) for that great side pocket for my variable job as a ranger by a waterway. I wanted these for winter pants that I wouldn't have to use a base layer in (save one wear and wash on those!). This would be great! But the sizing and fit are too far off to be wearable. And so many other Riggs pants that also look perfect don't seem to be offered in size 0, much less 00 as it looks like I need! Frustrated petite outdoor/laborer working woman. Also, just generally pissed that Amazon searches for "women work" and versions of in clothes turns up office clothes and MEN'S utility clothes, and searches for "men work" in clothes turns up men's utility clothes. I know there's a lot going into that being the current situtation, but needed to say it. I'm too small to wear mens' (when even size 0 womens' don't fit me!!!!), so the greater -- and cheaper -- variety of men's workwear is not open to me. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO FIND WORKWEAR COMPARABLE TO MENS' FOR SMALL LADIES? Sorry. I'm done now. : )

I have a few pairs of wrangler riggs and this pair i washed one time and it has stains/ fabric discoloration from my laundry detergent. I even use the all clear laundry detergent. I am unsure why this specific pair done this or if I just receieved a bad quality pair but on the leg areas you can see where the color has faded after one wear/wash. I didn't even do hard labor work the day I wore them either. Fitting is great, tts, size up for a looser fit. I like my pants to fit tighter so I stuck with my normal size
