Seems to be good quality + update "great customer service"

Very easy to install nice looking and works great. It even has the middle connection for a sprayer if I decide to add one later on. I had to come back and update my already happy with this faucet review.... I've had this faucet installed for like a year now and it has been working great. The set screw in the hot handle had worked itself loose (common for this to happen) my laziness I never tightened it back up , causing it to break the plastic stop inside the handle. I contacted customer service to purchase a replacement handle and got an immediate response (within an hour) of which side is it so we can send you one. I insisted that I broke it and would pay for it but they said it was no problem and would ship it out right away at no charge. Now that's what I call great customer service, not just because it is free but this all happened in a single day

Needs a cap for plugging middle hole. Not supplied

Hard to rate this. Instructions and all information do not mention that you need a plug or faucet sprayer for faucet. Does not show in pictures or parts list either. Installed 1st one and it leaked at middle hole. Sent back and received another unit, it did the same. Started to tear it apart and see if it was a design flaw. Then looked on line for an other double faucet unit and found that you either have to have a cap or faucet sprayer. MAKE SURE YOU DECIDE WHICH YOU WANT AND ORDER THE CAP OR SPRAYER. THEY ARE NOT SUPPLIED AND FAUCET WILL SPRAY WATER OUT OF MIDDLE OF FAUCET. Please mention in description that faucet will not work as supplied. Now that we have a cap to plug hole, it is a great faucet.

Looks are not everything.

I am happy with the solid build and it was easy to install. It looks very nice too but after about 3 months of use I will have to tear it apart and try to stop the insane squeak it has developed in both the hot and cold on off levers .I can not recommend this model to anybody.

Good kitchen sink

Easy setup. I wouldn't rely on the instructions. Lucky for me, I know how to setup a sink. One of the nuts didn't go to or fit anything in the package. And the place where the sprayer goes didn't come with a cap to cap off if you're not using the spray.

Dresses up an otherwise utilitarian sink/tub for double duty in a mud room/powder room setting.

Well made. Solid. Very attractive and easy to install. I’m using it on a newly installed utility tub. With its side sprayer, and the depth of the utility tub, makes the perfect combination when there is a need to bathe my small dogs.

Easy install

This faucet was very easy to install. It’s actually nicer than I thought it would be. Although I wanted on that did not require the spray attachment, it was still ok. I just went out and bought one.

Rather light-duty but went together easily and doesn't leak. Good product for 50 bucks!
