Very convenient

I really like this tea pot combo.. Easy to use and easy to clean.. I always have hot water and Turkish tea ready to consume.. so far, I would buy again.. bottom part is more sturdy..

Excellent Customer Service!!!!

I purchased this product in summer of 2022, worked great and enjoyed it until it started to leak 9 months after the purchase. Contacted customer service and they replaced the unit with excellent attitude. Strongly recommend it!

Issue with this versus Saki Brand

arzum interior of the kettle contains many plastic parts. so you are boiling water with some plastic being boiled with it. Looking at the other brand Saki, does not contain plastic parts inside the kettle, the lid on tea maker is ceramic which is much better than the plastic in Arzum brand. I don't think this is safe, having plastic boil in the water inside the kettle.

Nice

I bought Saki teapot before but returned. It was boiling constantly. Arzum teapot is very nice, this is how Turkish tea supposed to be .

Really liked it but…

Although Arzum is always in top 10 electronic products in Turkey but still there are always others better than Arzum. At last I’m pleased with this purchase. However for those who don’t know the bottom/kettle part shouldn't wobble when you swing because it’s hot and dangerous. The sub section has the curve, thats why. I place it down carefully due to the unstable bottom piece. It needed to be flat. But overall, it boils the water right away in 8 mins, and Turkish tea is always good on electrical tea makers. In my opinion, the fire burns/ makes the tea heavy.

The kettle gets too hot

It only takes 5 min to boil 1.5 litter and I like the steam option. But I burnt myself once since the kettle gets too hot and you shouldn't touch it. It's also a bit pricey.

This item is used. Not new one.

I purchased new Arzum Turkish tea maker. Although I bought new one, item that arrived me is used. I would like to have an explanation. If It is possible please change the item. Erhan Eroglu

This tea kettle is overpriced and not the quality promised.

Originally, I was very pleased with this kettle, despite it being overpriced. Now, 4 months after purchase, the simmer function no longer works and the boil function takes significantly longer - up to 8 minutes! I would like a refund or replacement that works properly, described!
