Easy return process

I wanted to take a moment to thank BTSwim and their promptness and assistance on my order's return. Although these pool noodles were nice, I thought, for some reason, I was ordering pool cue bases for a Pool table, not a swimming pool. All my fault, but when I sent a message to the customer service explaining my dilemma, they are not kidding when they advertise 100% customer satisfaction. Chuck from the company contacted me by e-mail, said understandable, and not a problem, then gave me instructions on how to send the items back for a full refund to my charge card. UPS picked it up the next day, and my card was refunded the day after that. Personal and fantastic customer relations. Thanks again btswim

not 3" diameter

not 3" as stated, 2.5". also not solid as shown. quality and cover ok.

Plain pool noodles in a bag.

I didn't expect them to show up as covered regular pool noodles. My friend should still love them, though.
