I received the valve very fast, exact part, exactly what I neededfor water heater

The valve is exactly what was pictured, which is the exact one I replaced.. I shopped for a couple days before deciding on the one from this company. I'm glad I did. The price was in some cases much lower than other sites. So value for money excellent

Hot water heater safety valve NCLX-5L

I ordered this valve since it was the exact model I replaced. The old one just wouldn’t seal any more and had a constant drip. Probably due to the hard water we have. The job to replace was easy, shut off the supply to the water heater, shut off the gas, connect a hose to the drain spigot and open the drain. I also opened a hot water faucet upstairs so it would drain faster. I checked to see if the water level was below the safety valve, then replaced it.

Lasted less the 1 year

Replaced 2 valves in 2 heaters. Both started leaking in less then 1 year,. Save yourself time and order a different brand.

Great replacement

Perfect replacement. Remember to wipe out any debris before installing. Even after that mine was leaking a little but I just had to open it up a couple times to clear things and it has worked perfectly since.

Fits as advertized

I took the name and numbers off the old relief valve on my hot water tank - this was a screw on direct replacement that fits perfect, and stopped the dripping from the downspout.
