Easy towing with a Corolla
The CURT T-Connector was fairly easy to install - very much easier than having to splice in an old-fashioned kit. One problem is that the included instructions are "brief" to put it mildly - they don't cover all of the steps and skip a lot of details. I subtract half a star for this. I found a useful installation video from another vendor's web site though, and that was quite nice. The other problem is that the wiring coming out of the circuit breaker is routed out the left and right sides, making it difficult to find a good spot to adhere the circuit breaker to the car - wires get bent for no reason because no matter how you route them, one side is always going the wrong way. If the wires were routed the TOP and your RIGHT (as you look down at the face of it), then there is a great spot for it against the rail in the cavity behind the trunk lining and no wires get bent. I subtract another half star for this. I have some pointers to share from my installation experience: Use the proper tool for removing the paneling:TEKTON 5873 Door Panel Remover . Otherwise you are prying at the plastic fasteners with a screwdriver and it takes longer and bends the fasteners. Save them, because you have to reinstall them. I did not buy the tool, and it took longer. Don't mount the circuit breaker to the trunk until all of the wires are connected and the cords routed the way you want them, or you might have to pry off the adhesive and do it again, like me. Since the adhesive only works once, I used Velcro tape the second time. Use a screwdriver to help depress the plastic tab for removing the tail light connectors. On the left side of my Corolla, I couldn't even see the tab. I could feel it, but couldn't wedge my fingers in that direction. I pressed the tab with a screwdriver and it came out when I pulled. I didn't need this for the other connector. I used a lot more plastic zip ties than were supplied by the manufacturer. Wires go wherever they want to if you're not careful - and I wanted to make sure they stayed out of the way. I tied them to the existing wiring, especially the first few inches from the connectors, where CURT's T-wires seem to want to bulge. I reinforced the wiring with a 1 inch width of duct tape in several key spots (such as where the wires come out of the circuit breaker and where the splices and heat-shrink tubing are). I just wanted to provide some extra strain relief. I decided to route the 4-flat trailer connector wire through the plastic rear-threshold panel, using a hole that exists for the metal tie-down in my trunk. It seemed less awkward than routing under the threshold. I really wanted to cut a 2 inch round hole and store the wire behind the threshold, but my wife didn't want me to :) Finally, don't forget the dust cover - slide it over the 4-flat connector. You can stow the wire under the floor board with the spare tire. This is an easy install for the hands-on individual. It will save $50 installation plus whatever markup another company may charge when you buy it.

So easy
One of the very few things that's actually plug-n-play. Just had to remove a little trim in the trunk and plug it into the taillights.

Easy to install! Slight confusion with the installation instructions...
Assembly was just as easy as everybody says it is. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is that the directions mention attaching the white ground wire to the car. The kit did not come with a white ground wire, and the only white wire that came with it was part of the harness itself. The car already had a white ground wire attached to the frame near the truck latch. After watching some videos online on the installation of this exact product that made no mention of the white ground wire, I deduced that, like a lot of automotive instructions, the white ground wire part of the instructions was either incorrect or out of date. I will amend my review once I have the opportunity to use the wiring harness with a trailer, but so for everything works great. And like I said, with the exception of the white ground wire part, the installation was pretty easy and straightforward.

Great product great price
Overall this harness worked great and I use it few times a month for a very small trailer vs driving the truck to save fuel. I do wish the instructions had better info though. You can easily swap sides on accident with the connectors vs if the included instructions said brown on this side and the other color on that etc. I looked it on on my phone easily enough but another single sentence would have just helped. Seems to be holding up and plenty of length for various types of trailers and accessories.

Quick and Easy!
Installation was quick and super simple! I done it in less than 15 minutes with no special tools required (I used flat head screwdriver to pop out the plastic fasteners). **The best part is no need for battery wiring!

Lights on Trailer Works
Quick connect for a trailer to existing Toyota Corolla connectors. You unplug the factory plugs to plug into the Curt connector and then plug the Curt connector to the lights. Light a Y hook-up without any cutting and splicing. I hooked the right block to the left side so initially I had the lights on the trailer reversed. Curt could actually put labels on the electrical blocks to prevent the mix-up when installing. Installation was easy except you have to pull some trunk covers off to hide the wires (I did this twice because of the connector mix-up).

bonne qualité de fil les connecteur en plastique aussi epai que ceux de mon auto donc devrai etre fiable et ce kit es tellement ridicule a installer ca fit direct aucun gossage cest plus long defaire la finition de la valise dans l'auto que de brancher ce module et le tape double face parfait la petite boite noir es pas lousse dans le fond es fix coller bien apprecier ce kit rapide et simple a installer
