Durable reusable food storage made of recycled plastic

Very nice, sturdy reusable food storage containers that are environmentally friendly, being made from recycled plastic. I find them easy to wash and fairly durable in the microwave and dishwasher. They do not deform or shrink like thin plastic containers you can get in the store and are much longer-lasting overall. Can get some damage from over-heating food inside, but less so than a rubbermaid or other thin plastic container. Some of the lids in my set did not seem to fit as well on all the containers, so that is a little annoying - particularly for the large sandwich containers. Sometimes the twist-off lids can be difficult to get on/off on the other containers because they get stuck, so these are some frustrations with this product. However, overall, these are great.

The containers are fine. I've had a set for quite awhile... The environmental concept is what drew me to purchasing these safer containers, no nasty chemicals......but I've gotten my food stuck inside the containers that have screw on lids...In the refrigerator, food inside these containers will stay very fresh and for longer than in most other types of containers....but once I try to open them again, the lids won't come off....and the lid is so large for the span of my hand that it's frustrating and impossible to say the least,to try and figure out how to open these darned things. It's not like I can use a tool...so I wait for someone with large hands to come along... Any lid that screws on easily should be able to come off again. I often think these lids need to have a thin layer of olive oil rubbed on them before I screw them on. Or maybe run the container under hot water. But if that's true, why doesn't the manufacturer provide some advice. I can't be the only person dealing with this frustrating situation.

Unable to open container after content is heated.

The biggest problem with this item is that once you heat your food in the microwave with the lid off and then put the lid back on even if you screw it on lightly, it gets tighter and tighter to the point you can't unscrew it and have to throw the container food and all in the trash!!! I've had to throw out 3 containers food and all in the trash because after i heat up the contents there's no way i can unscrew the lid.

Super happy with this.

These clean super easy. The bowls DO NOT SPILL. The sandwhich container is a perfect size. They fit a lot of food. I'm pretty rough with my tupperware- I'll put a lot of stuff in it and just stick it in my backpack for it to roll around in until lunch. Again, these do not spill. Untwist it and heat in the microwave with the like and they will heat up quickly. The little cups with the lids fit cut up veggies really well. Don't bother with any other type of lid- the twist ones are really the only ones that are no spill. Twist them tight and you will be good.

Great bowls....

Only one problem with the larger round bowl - It's hard to grip the top (due to size) and then turn it. The other three sizes are great but for people like me, with smaller hands, you may need to donate the larger bowls. I found that if the lid is screwed on tight there's no chance I can open it - if it's not too tight I can turn it by not having a full grip on it. It's great that they are recycled and made in USA too. Pretty color as well. We love the rectangular one for sandwiches and salads. Small ones are perfect for individual dressing.

Pretty good quality plastic, stays like new for a long time.

I have been using the smallest sized ones for 7-8 months now, to carry oats and other food to gym, and happy with the quality of plastic. So I purchased this set. The entire set for 15$ - nothing can beat this. It was an awesome deal. The containers are really of some great quality. I've been quite rough with cleaning them with scrubs and soap, and they are almost new.

Love these! Bought more!

I first discovered these food storage containers at Home goods and fell in love with them. There was only one size available which is the largest one pictured. Its perfect to fit all the necessary portions for one meal and meal prepping for the week. Also the lid fits tight so you never have to worry about leaks and the containers don't lose their shape when heated. I also packed pasta a few times and didn't get the red tomato stains as I have on other containers. Highly recommend.

Yes, vegan Virginia they are worthy!

I bought these because I needed more storage containers. I liked their color and shape and I liked the fact that they were BPA free and recyclable. The price wasn't too bad considering they are sturdy and will last a long time. There is only a slight issue with the screw on lids on the single serving size only. I have trouble getting the lid to screw on right. It will either slip the threads or appear on and then pop off. This was after washing them in the dishwasher, my bad! But it says they are dishwasher safe. The bigger sizes work fine.
