Very low quality tennis balls
Low quality junk. Would not give to my dogs. And forget about using it for actual tennis.

Not perfect, but they last forever! There may be better deals out there
I've got some pressureless balls by penn that I bought in high school, over a decade ago, and still have great bounce! Incidentally I got those at target where you can get them even today, around $9 for a 12-pack. That's under $1 per ball, so that's a better value than these franklin. Having said that, the franklin are great too. Most people don't realize, the bounce actually increases over time - not much, but as the felt gets worn down, the bounce increases (opposite of regular tennis balls, which lose bounce after a few weeks). PROS: -These pressureless balls do not require any special storage. -They come in a mesh storage bag. -Last forever. -Economical. CONS: -In my experience the bounce is 10-15% less than normal tennis balls. -About 10-20% less spin than normal tennis balls. -About 10-20% less speed than normal tennis balls. -Not for tournament play, but great for practice, hitting against the wall, or for kids. -The BIGGEST con is that they are heavier, which can contribute to tennis elbow. A few other notes: -There really is no "normal" tennis ball, all brands perform slightly differently. -There are ways to prolong the life of normal pressurized balls! Amazon has plenty of products, I've used things like Gamma Revive, Tourna Restore, and Gexco Tennis Ball Saver. None of them perform miracles, but they do definitely help. There's also a newer product called Pressureball, which is a plastic sleeve you pump air into, which I haven't tried. And there's probably others. Final note - the only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is the penn at the local store are slightly cheaper. But these are great, no complaints, just be aware of the limitations & the pressureless balls.

Works well, but expensive compared to other brands
I ordered this 18-pack of Franklin Sports pressureless tennis balls to use with my tennis ball machine. I use it to give lessons to my children, and also to practice my own strokes. Over the past few years I have lost some of the pressureless balls that I was using with it, so I ordered these to replace the ones I had lost. The quality of these balls seems to be equivalent to the ones I already have, so I am happy with them. But the price is more than what I would normally pay for other brands. I would expect to pay $1.00 or less per ball, but based on the current price these balls are about $1.35 each. Not a big deal, but just be sure to compare prices before you decide to place an order.

Good value for sturdy tennis balls
This review is for the pack of 18 Franklin sports tennis balls, and a net bag. These are classic tennis balls in the classic net bag. The bag is extremely sturdy as it is made from nylon. The toggle to loosen and close it works beautifully to ensure that none are going to escape and start bouncing around. I confess that it was my dog that requested this item. He goes crazy for tennis balls, and he loves these. I'm doling them out one at a time, which means these will probably last for a few years. He hasn't destroyed them, although I'm sure he will in time. Nothing like that bright neon yellow to help find them when he refuses to bring them back.

Great
I like to get preessureless tennis balls for my dogs. I find that they are more durable and longer lasting. They still have some bounce although not as much as a regular tennis ball.

No satisfying can opening moment, but very practical
One of the best moments in a day of tennis is that initial opening of the can of new balls. The sound and the scent are magical and you just know that a day of epic hits is about to ensue. Unfortunately that moment comes at a cost and ups the ante for the sport. These pressureless balls don't come with that magical can-opening moment and the actually smell pretty bad. BUT, they are very practical, especially when your tennis day consists of 20 minutes practicing with a little kiddo. You don't need perfectly pressurized balls and you certainly don't need to huff on that new tennis ball scent. You need a lot of balls that won't deflate after a couple days or weeks. It could be a psychosomatic thing, but these feel like they don't have the exact bounce or pop that a pressurized ball has. They're not going to start using this at the US Open, basically, but it's good enough for my purpose.

Doggo Approved
These Franklin Sports 18 Pack Pressureless Practice Tennis Balls are a great way for me to interact with my doggos, I love getting out in the backyard and toss a few of these around as my eager doggos race to retrieve these very well-made Franklin Sports tennis balls. The best thing about this product is the amount of tennis balls included because sometimes a doggo can be a bit too eager and might puncture the tennis ball which is not a problem when you have seventeen others ready to go in replacement. I haven't tested these for their actual intended use which is of course tennis, but I'm sure they're up to the task of getting hit around by some rackets on a court, since they hold up pretty well to the onslaught of doggy abuse daily. Overall, this is a fantastic product for dog owners, or tennis players. 5/5 stars.
