Good generic, hopefully safe cookware

Unless I'm cooking something that specifically needs charring or searing I use greenpan for everything. They are light, super easy to clean and I prefer ceramic to unspecified chemical coatings. I also like that greenpan has a variety of different styles to choose from although I'm happy with their lower priced offerings. I think greenpan hits the sweet spot for utility cookware.

Great pan

Great pans! The only tips id say is to not use cooking sprays on pan and warm up pan first. Easy clean up.

Perfect Pan

I love this brand of pan. They heat nicely. Super easy to clean. Non-stick. And, (hopefully) more healthy than other brands of non-sticks. Perfect for small portions sizes when cooking for one or two people.

This pan has good heaters to be fashion, it’s easy to clean, and it’s attractive. I like that it is a bit lighter weight than some of our other pots and pans.

Works very well

I have been using this to cook rice for my dog and it works very well. The finished rice slides out with no sticking.

Hot, Hot, Hot!

Does this thing get really hot really quick? Yes it does. There’s a bit of a learning curve if all of your previous cookware had cooking surfaces other than ceramic (Teflon, steel, copper). So be prepared to re-learn how high you need to turn up your burner to cook things. It does heat evenly and the coating makes it easy to clean. And it looks better than Teflon-coated pans, too.

Nonstick coat lasts for a month only

I didn't wash it in the dishwasher and didn't use any metal tool on it. But after a month of nonsticking, now even an frying an egg with oil would be a nightmare...

Smaller than expected

I have another 18cm pot and that appears bigger. Could be because the base of this is smaller than the top. Overall still happy with the quality. Non-stick and very easy to clean.
