My third jar...does not irritate fungal acne, malassezia yeast, or perioral dermatitis...

I have used this both day and night in the past, but ultimately decided that I don't like the shine/glow it creates for day--some might love this! It is not oil, just sort of coats and the texture remains the same ALL DAY. If you are looking for that Asian beauty "glow," during day, this could be it for you! Now, I use the product in the evenings over my anti aging serums. Lately, I've been applying a heavy occlusive over the top to really trap it all in. I've experienced zero irritation or breakouts from this product and my skin is quite finicky.

OMG This is SO amazing

I read the reviews on Amazon and I had to try this product, now I have spent hundreds of dollars on facial products so when this came in I couldn’t wait to try it. The FIRST time I used this I was so excited it goes on SO smoothly and it doesn’t take much-be sure and put this on your damp skin, let it dry and apply a sealer on top I use a vitamin C serum. The next morning I COULD NOT believe what I was seeing- after only one application the skin under my eyes was hydrated and “plump” I am 67 years old and I will NEVER use anything else (anybody want to buy my old products) seriously get this you owe it to yourself if you want to pamper yourself this is the product. I hope you have the same results I have - tell your friends and coworkers they will thank you believe me❤️

Found my new holy grail?!! No scent and goes on lighter than I expected!

I was SOOOO excited to finally try this after hearing so much hype about it. IT LIVES UP TO THE HYPE! ???????? This has no scent which is a positive for those who are turned off or are sensitive to fragrance. It is also much more lightweight on the skin than I expected. I could definitely use this for daytime. Nighttime will work as well, although I might add in a dab of heavier night moisturizer on top of for personal preference on some nights, depending on how my skin feels. What surprised me is that there is “something” so different, so unique and special about this product that is hard for me to put into words. As I applied it onto my face, I felt the lightest, most smooth layer of buttery fat in the BEST way possible!! Might be the collagen? Hyaluronic acid is also in this product and I am aware, but I also have other face moisturizers with hyaluronic acid, and this product JUST FEELS.. DIFFERENT.. in the way I described.. like the lightest ever layer of heavenly fat that my skin needed. My skin was literally screaming “Where have you been all my life?” This buttery goodness on the skin is not overwhelming and not greasy at all like animal fat or putting oil or Vaseline on your face. The only thing I can think of that is giving me this heavenly effect is the Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen or merely it’s their prefect combination of ingredients. After my skin has had time to soak up, what’s left is SUPPLE, ULTRA SOFT, VELVETY, HYDRATED skin. So supple, so soft, so velvety, so hydrated. It’s just simply LUXURIOUS. Have I found my holy grail?!! I’m glad I finally gave this product a chance. I know this product is “not new”. In fact, I think it’s been around awhile? I have spent upwards of $40-$80 on other face creams and they do not compare. This product is $18!!!!! That’s crazy. I think I will keep buying this product for a very long time. I had folks in the skin care community raving (more like whispering as to not give away their secret) about this product—sometimes when a product goes viral, price tends to also skyrocket. I plan to also purchase Hada Labo’s overnight treatment. If the gel cream is already this good, I cannot wait to see what the overnight does to my skin. I just started on this gel cream and will also add in the overnight treatment shortly, so I may come back to update on any long term changes to my skin texture, plumping, brightness and if any effects with the formation of fine lines in the various areas of my face that I’m trying to slow down.

Too sticky and not moisturizing enough for me

I was so excited to try this product out. It was recommended on SimpleSkincareScience because it contained urea, an ingredient I wanted to see the effects of on my face. It does indeed feel luxurious and buttery-fatty on application, as another reviewer said. Unfortunately however, as it is drying it develops a sticky skin feel (both on face/neck and palms of hands) which I personally dislike. When I apply it in the PM it does go away overnight (after I get up) but that initial uncomfortable sticky feeling is something I can’t get over. Also I definitely feel like it might be too light / non-occlusive for use as a standalone moisturizer, as my face still feels somewhat tight after the product dries. So overall I will not be purchasing this specific product again, though I do look forward to trying other Hada Labo products. The hunt for my HG urea moisturizer continues :-)

Very hydrating, but too rich for oily skin

I found the product too rich for my skin type, which is still oily skin despite my middle age. Sure, it would be a perfect gel/cream for dry and extra dry skin type, but for those with oily skin this would be too much. The first time I tried this, my face went all too shiny and got very sticky like candied apple. I like the texture of this gel/cream though. So I decided to use this sparlingly only after my shower/bath. I haven't used this for my day time skin, but just for hydrating my face straight after shower and bath.

This gel is super hydrating Some people complain about it being sticky The trick is to make sure your face is damp while using it and pat and rub slightly in sections It also important that whatever serum you apply before should allow a minute or so to absorb then re dampen skin by spraying some water mist or equivalent before using the gel Hada Labo make really great products

Hier geht es um keine original- HadaLabo Creme Deckel sieht anders als bei einem Originalprodukt vom Hada Labo aus. Schade!!! Verpackung mit Tesafilm verschlossen. Unverschämt- Hygieneprodukte- wenn ausverpackt- DARF man nicht zurückschicken und an die anderen Kunden weiterverkaufen!!!!! Retoure sofort beantragt!!!
