So, many people have commented on the weight, and wished it were lighter?!?! If you want it be lighter (and it could be much more lighter if you buy an expensive materials light weight professional caliber impact wrench tool) then you need to get the kind of impact wrench that gets its power from a hose attached to a powerful remote engine / energy source ..... IE I am speaking using of an at least 90PSI / 8CFM air compressor, connected to a normal pneumatic / air impact wrench!! :) Having said that - this tool is actually able to (for many typical use applications, though not all) deliver at the same level as the above type of air impact tool.... without needing a fairly good size stationary air compressor to drive it. (you cannot use pancake size portable compressors designed for low CFM nail guns, etc) it weighs more than the above (or most hand held drills of this size for sure) since it has a heavy duty cast metal steel head and gears to deliver the rotational impact / wrench ability, however unlike the air tool which also has that, it also needs the 7.5A 1HP 900W electric motor attached to drive it, instead of getting its energy from the air compressor. I love this tool, it is very well made and great bang/buck, and has been quite reliable so far. The build quality and finish is good as well. I travel quite a bit with a 4WD Diesel 2500 RAM truck, a 12 foot trailer, and also a 36 ft 5th wheel RV. I am always checking my tire lug bolts and air pressure, and want to make sure they are always spot on for best safety. So, I have a 3000 Watt inverter in my truck that will easily supply 1100W to a small portable hot dog compressor I have in my truck that is great for inflating tires of any size quickly, However it does not have near the CFM to drive an air impact wrench, Instead, I can use that same inverter to drive this 900W electric impact wrench w/o having to carry around a much larger compressor that would blow up tires and have the CFM to run an air tool

Hammerhead 7.5 Amp Impact Drill - Did the Job
The Hammerhead did well when I needed it. This is my first impact drill and I had a tough job for it. I needed to remove nuts holding the rear lateral links on my car. The nuts wouldn't budge so I applied penetrating oil and worked on them repeatedly for about a month. Then one day they started to move. The Hammerhead held in there for a very tough workout. My mechanic didn't want the job and was impressed that I did it on my own. I haven't had it long enough to comment on longevity, but so far it has done well. It's a bit heavy but that's to be expected of good tools. I am quite happy with my purchase.

Good for occasional use.
It works well enough for the price. But it is heavy and large. Had to Jack up the lawn tractor higher to fit it underneath. There is no setting for torque. Just play it by ear. But saves getting out all the components for my pneumatic impact wrench just to take off the mower blades for sharpening. Satisfied.

I generally concur with the already posted reviews. This is a great impact wrench - especially if you're like me and have never used a pneumatic one. Yes - its heavy, but given the power source and the impact mechanism are both in the same head, you'd expect it to weight about 2x of an air one. I didn't find it to be too bad - perhaps since I had been warned it was heavy. So far have just tried a few lug nuts to see how it works. Very satisfied. Took one off the Vette and one off my Avalon. Both came off nearly instantly. The wrench spins very fast when not in impact mode, so once it got it loose - it spun off super quick. I also bought some "torque sticks" in case I decide to use this to put nuts back on, which is probably a bad idea without a stick... Tried it with a 65 ft-lb torque stick (after carefully starting the nut by hand) and it seemed to reach close to the rated torque. I checked with a torque wrench after using the impact+stick and then completed torquing to rated value with the torque wrench... Overall a great deal for the price, especially if you don't want to invest in an air compressor/etc and don't plan on massive use !

Es una herramienta que estaba yo buscando para facilitar trabajos que hago en mi taller, y por lo que vi y probe me ha resultado bastande eficiente. Su desempeño me parece bastante bueno, no trabaja como una herramienta similar neumática, que al dejar de soltar el gatillo de inmediato deja de trabajar, esta al soltar el gatillo continua por unas fracciones de segundo girando su motor. De ahí en fuera me parece una herramienta similar a la de una de gama alta. No le pide nada a las demas. Estoy seguro que quien quiera adquir esta herramienta no se va a arrepentir. Gets the job done and has definitely made its money back
I gave this 4 stars because I haven't used it yet I will update when I do use it ...I bought it to help do a sub frame swap on a dodge caliber....its made well, there is a few factory defects but nothing that affects the use. It isn't any louder then any other electronic impact I've used....and to me it sounds quiet compared to a air gun, the battery life should last ....it has a cord lol... I got it with in 2 business days from the purchase date and 10 days earlier then the date it was supposed to be here so I'm very happy with that........... well I've had this now few months and it works great did what I bought it for plus some but the only issue I have is how tight the sockets go on and off ........I have to tap the socket on with a tool or hammer and I have to smash the socket off again because of how tight it's on there ......I'm not weak I move 300 lbs of aluminum every day constantly....but I can't take the socket off by hand ......but other then that this is great, just as loud as a normal impact, it's durable ..... And gets the job done, I've removed axles I replaced a rear frame on a dodge caliber with this I've also changed tires and I'll be using it to replace the motor in my Mitsubishi rvr in about 2 weeks so this gun has more then made its money back in my eyes

Heavy but good
Very Heavy Bought it for bolt removal for tires It works okay. Make sure you use a type of inside shim like foam. That would protect how deep the socket goes onto the bolt. The deeper the socket the harder it is to get bolt out of it

Si la quieres usar para la casa y situaciones domésticas, es lo que buscas. La recomiendo para hacer trabajos de mecánica en casa y trabajos que no sean de uso rudo. No incluye ningún dado.
