Expensive But Well Mde

In looking for a new bathroom faucet this is the only one my spouse and I could agree in. Looks great. Exceptionally well made. Price it on the high end, but I believe it’s worth it.

Sure winner in my book

I am paralyzed in a wheelchair. I put this faucet a new Toto wall hanging sink. The combination looks fantastic! And it 100% accessible for someone in a wheelchair. The Hansgrohe sends the water out an angle putting the water into the middle of the sink bowl instead of close to the back wall. The all metal construction makes this faucet feel very heavy compared to other bathroom faucets I've installed over the years. The water flow is nice. The look is amazing. And the accessibility is wonderful all the way down to a side mount metal lever for the drain stop. I have a wall mount medicine cabinet above the sink. Having the drain stop lever low and on the side allows mounting items above the sink as low as possible. And the water flow control lever is easy for hands that have low dexterity. Mine must be defective

I have 2 of these faucets in my master bath and love them. I purchased the same faucet for our recently remodeled guest bath and it will not fit in the sink hole. I purchased the exact same sink that the other 2 faucets were installed without an issue. Of course the plumber was onsite when we discovered it would not fit the sink hole. I ran out to the store and found the faucet would not fit in any of the sinks. So I had to purchase a different one at the store, since my plumber was onsite installing all our fixtures. Amazon was nice enough to accept the return, even though it was past the return date. I had ordered everything ahead of time for the remodel, not knowing when they would finish.

have good pressure and stay clean

We renovated a small master bathroom and I wanted a faucet that would save water, have good pressure and stay clean. This design worked out great with the quartz counter top that has some silvery lines through it. I love that there is no phalange on the bottom to catch grime. I also love that the pressure is great but seems to use less water as it is a bit aerated. The angle the water comes out is also perfect. It juts out at an angle instead of straight down which makes hand washing a brushing teeth so much easier. Love it.

very nice quality faucet

relatively new to hansgrohe. came from moen, delta, and american standard (home depot) brands. nice heft and feel to lever. smooth operation and easy to install. appear to be quality units. i hope these will last for a long time.

missing aerator!

We recently remodeled both of our bathrooms which are small so I wanted a simple, clean look. These are perfect. They are high quality and look beautiful. However, they get only 3 stars as one of the faucets came missing an aerator so when the faucet is turned on it sprays water all over! I tried contacting the seller and received a message back from Amazon stating there was a problem with their email. I still have not heard back from the seller and it has been about 2 weeks. I have also tried to order the missing aerator from Hansgrohe but it is not available. My only other option is to order another faucet just for the aerator and send it back, which is probably why mine was missing in the first place.

Quality Faucet

This faucet is awesome. I love the look, feel, and quality of this product. There is nothing negative about this product except the description didn't indicate that it included the plate to cover a 3-hole sink; it states single hole mounting only. Because of this I ordered the "Hansgrohe 06490000 Baseplate, 6-Inch, Chrome" to close off the pre-drilled 3-hole sink I installed. When I opened the box a baseplate was already included in the box. Bottom line, if you have either a single hole or 3-hole sink, just order this fixture and nothing else!
