Mediocre

First one I got was broken in the package and got a replacement. The legs drive me nuts. They don't stay folded and they don't stay open. It does the job but is a huge mess risk. We all know how kids aren't messy or clumsy at all. Does the job but I would not buy another.

Better options out there

It’s ok for the price. The two sides keep collapsing which is a pain. Trying to open top storage portion a child cannot do as it gets stuck.

Sturdy lap desks!

These lap desks are sturdier than I anticipated and are holding up well to my two girls. The storage under the lid is perfect for their coloring supplies, and the desk itself is large enough to comfortably seat a meal or a project. The folding for easy storage is also nice, and even with the folding legs, it's still a very sturdy lap desk.

Works for me!

I am not a kid, but it works for me, fits on my narrow sofa. I don't have huge legs, so it works. I use it for my laptop on the sofa. Very light and sturdy.

Collapse easily

Works for its purpose but it collapse very easily. Slight movement and it instantly knocked over

Not so sturdy legs

I originally bought this for my laptop to use in bed, but my big legs don’t fit under it, but since I sit “cris cross applesauce” usually, it works out fine. But for my 1.5 yr old, he likes to move things a lot. So when he’s coloring, drawing or writing on it (on floor), he wants to “drag” it 6” away cux it’ll work better for him, the legs collapse. He’ll look at me like a deer in headlights cuz he isn’t supposed to be moving it, just drawing on it, so every time he does this, the legs collapse. It makes a LOUD click when legs lock in place so u would think it wouldn’t collapse but still does. Also, feel like when he draws on it, the table kinda sinks. Not a lot, but it’s just not strong enough to hold a heavy hand. But it still works for me, the adult, and once he gets older, it’ll work for him too. L

So far, so good

I got two of this table for my two kids, five and almost three years old. The table is working good so far. Looks as described. I gave it four star for a few reasons. First, my son put a toy inside the table which was a little oversized but as shown in the picture, with a little pressure he was about to break the top. Also, no color option and being somehow overpriced are my other reasons.

Garbage

Not easy to keep upright

Table quality is okay, the premise is good, however the collapsible legs do not lock securely enough to use properly. My son found the legs collapsing constantly, was very difficult to stay upright. Typically one leg would collapse inwards very easily. I would pass and try to get something more sturdy otherwise it will just be frustrating.
