Loops are too small

I bought the 10lb, 20lb, and 30lb versions of these, this review deals only with the 10lb version. The quality of the line, hardware, and knots is better than you would expect for such an inexpensive set of leaders. Unfortunately these leaders have one major flaw; the loops are too small. I use gamakatsu octopus hooks and the largest size that you can hitch onto the loop is a #1, unfortunately when using hooks smaller than a #2 you cannot squeeze the line through the eye of the hook. Therefore you're limited to #2 or #1 hooks.

Using them for west coast surf perch. They seem to do just fine and better then tying them myself.
