Wonderful for classroom / homeschooling use
I had the chance to use these during my college career and ever since then I have been looking to buy these for my own classroom. Absolutely love these! They are super durable and sturdy, and they are also super easy to wash after students use them. The one thing I loved about these fraction tiles is they didn't write the fraction on them. I like that it allows my students to figure out the fraction on their own. I also like how each set of fraction tiles is a different color. (ex: 1/2 pieces are blue while 1/4 pieces are green) This helps to show student the difference. Love these, and definitely plan to buy more sets in the future. Highly recommend!

Okay, could be better with a few simple changes.
The plastic fractional pieces themselves are quite nice. I wish they were labeled with fraction numbers (1/2, 1/8 etc) and decimals or percents (.5, .125 or 50%, 12.5%). That would make them more useful for a child learning how to add and subtract fractions or decimals, or gain a sense of what percents mean. I spent a few hours using a label maker to upgrade the fraction "squares" to include this information. Also as you can see by my use of quotation marks, my child was offended by the fact that they are called Fraction Squares since only the red whole is actually a square. He thought Fraction Rectangles would be more accurate since all of the piece, including that one square are defined as rectangles. I also wish the plastic storage box was totally smooth. There is a small round bump in the one side which makes it more difficult to get the pieces to lay flat and remain organised if you want to flip the box over either to access some of the pieces or to use more easily for storage.

Perfect for homeschoolers
We use these in our homeschool. Although these did come unlabeled, we just used a permenent marker and wrote the fraction in the corner on one side. We left the other side blank so our children can learn to look at the piece to identify it. They are color coded which makes it a lot easier for younger learners. Thick and sturdy plastic. These seem to hold up well. Come with a little instruction guide and a clear plastic storage case.

Alot smaller than i expected but
They do the trick they are thin and about palm sized shapes i was looking for something thick and more jumbo like pr hand sized but they still get the job done

Not Great For My 5 Year Old
I got this for my 5 year old for Christmas. He did not really play with it much.

Limited use
The set was too basic and limited for my son. Good only for introduction of fractions.

Too small, not enough, very slippery
Small and slippery and they don't stay in place. Not really enough. If you want to count 1/4's for example, there are only four of them, not enough to make more than one whole at a time. The smallest fractions are too small. Doesn't come in every increment, i.e. no 7ths.
