Not multicolor as advertised, it's dull silver

I ordered 2 & am sorry to say foung absolutely nothing to like about either of them , they are not multicolor, they are dull silver, 1 was in a plastic bag, 1 was not, 1 had a broken clasp, 1 worked but the chain was broken, over all neither bracelet was workable with the charms that were to work on them & they were yet another awful buy, this seems to be a brand with , well, not perfected I guess & now I find, non-refundable, I can see why. As that is the case, gave them to my 5 year neighbor for her to play on her dolls with. Not recommended.
