What a difference!

My marble tile in my shower had become quite dull looking. After cleaning the shower thoroughly, my husband applied this product. After each application, the shower marble looked better. He finally ended up putting on 8 coats and I am thrilled. Believe me, I have looked for years to get my marble to look good and now it does. Highly recommend.

Applies and acts like old fashioned floor wax...initially but may last longer

I purchased a travertine tile to coordinate with my wallpaper and tub. The sample on display was unsealed. After it was installed and sealed with Miracle 511 Porous Plus Sealer (from Amazon) the color radically changed. It was dull but mostly shades of brown and little gray. To try to make it work in the room I applied Miracle High-Gloss Finish Sealer. I expected the gloss to mostly reflect the surrounding colors hopefully mute some of the tile color. The gloss sealer went a long way toward making the tile work in the room. The finished results, however, don't look very natural. It took four coats of the gloss sealer to get a noticeable shine and most of the QT. bottle to do 35 SF. I think this product is over priced but if it lasts I am sure I will change my mind. The photo shows one square of unsealed tile on top of the finished floor.

Puts a nice shine on a pebbled shower floor

I followed package directions and used Miracle Stripper and Miracle Cleaner prior to using the High Gloss finish. I used 6 coats of sealer because we had neglected to properly seal the floor when it was first installed so there are imperfections; however, this sealer puts on a very nice shine. Others recommended multiple coats of sealer so I thought I would as well because the first coat soaks in quite a bit. In order to get that nice shine you need at least 3 coats. I don’t have a “before” photo but suffice it to say the stones looked very dry.

SEALS AND SHINES

The media could not be loaded. KNOWING WHAT I KNOW NOW, I'D BEEN HAPPY TO PAY TWICE THE PRICE: Used the product as directed. If'n you have a terrazzo floor that you think will never come back, even after other flooring has been glued on it, scraped, pitted to crap, you are wrong. I rented a pro sander/buffer w/varied pads for sanding and buffing. The sanding and buffing only did so much. Used a tad of muriatic acid for stains, then sealed it with this product. Except for the spots where I used the acid, I only needed one coat of sealer. Here's a clue how fabulous it is: I spilled my red punch Gatorade and walked to garage to get rag. I wiped up, no stain. Without that sealer, it would not have been good.

High gloss doesn’t last, at least on fully pre-sealed saltillo tiles

First, let me be clear that my review only applies to saltillo, which is a gorgeous, but very fickle floor option. I used the product on fully pre-sealed (= non-absorbent, unsealed saltillo swallows any finishing product like a sponge…), genuine saltillo tiles. The result was beautiful enough immediately after application, although the gloss was just gloss rather than high gloss, but that was fine. The problem is that 7 months later, the gloss is 80 % gone. I expected this to happen in areas of intense foot traffic, for example our hallway. But the gloss is also mainly gone next to walls and under the furniture, where the foot traffic is zero. This was a big disappointment, as the amount of work involved to apply the product properly is considerable: one has to spend litterally hours on all four, first meticulously cleaning each tile and the grout that surrounds it, and then applying the sealer twice very thinly. I had to redo the whole procedure using commercial-grade high gloss sealer not available on this website—a real bummer! Please note again, though, that this review strictly applies to saltillo (i.e. clay) tiles. The result might be excellent on other surfaces like natural stone.

Easy to use

Used this to seal our stone shower. It makes it easier to clean, so far no mold build up like it used to get, and it also has a nice little shine to it.

Wonderful instantly restored my pebble stone floor in my shower. May take a few coats but dries with that wet look
