It’s a hot water urn. Works

The machine isn't ever quiet. There is a consistent noise as the water is kept hot.

The noise was enough to interrupt a conversation as my guest asked what the noise was. This machine is much louder than others that look the same.

Really nice

Good value. Not humongous like the others and looks good. Like that it just has an "on" and "off" switch. I keep it on for as much as 3 days at a time. Slight noise is not disruptive. One con: not as hot as we would want. But neither are the competitor's.

Could be improved, but does work well

Purchased this coffee urn few years ago and got this née one as the heating element went on the first. New design: hole in the lid to allow heat and pressure to escape, bad design as the coffee bubbles out of said hole and gets all over. Luckily I had lid from original design and swapped out the lids. Much better. They need to go back and change the lid back to the original. 2- very noisy 3- measuremts are inside in fractions, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, etc. I can never remember what size this pot is, then convert to fractions to then determine how many scoops I need. We use a lot of coffee as it does produce slightly week coffee, if you’re not heavy handed. We do like the urn but it needed adjustments. So if company reading this 1- original lid needed 2- change measurements inside to cups rather than fractions (seriously. 3/4 of a 25 cup pot smh) 3 better percolator for stronger coffee 4- less noisy

Perfect for weddings

This coffee urn is a great buy.great flavor, very easy to clean keeps your coffee hot great for a small get together. And great for a family who drinks coffee all day everyday.

Brewtus is a champ

Delivered quickly with little hassle. Takes a little bit to get the best ratio of grounds to water. I use this in my classroom for students and fellow teachers. 3/4 of a 340g bag of coffee ground fairly corse seems the way to go. Once it is done brewing just turn off it will keep warm for an hour or more. It does make noise while brewing, students say it is like a snoring baby. We have called ours "Brewtus" it has a name tag and everything. No issues with grounds in the cup.
