Perfect Stix WRS045SP-1000 Pointed Wooden Semi-point Skewers 4.5" x 11/64" (pack of 1000)

I liked this product because it was a good quality of wood. I didn't like the fact (and this is my fault) that the sticks were semi-pointed. I need them to go through meat and peppers for shish-ka-bobs. I had to put them through my pencil sharpener and then they were pointed. (again my fault - I didn't read carefully) Out of 3,000 sticks I only had to throw one away that was rough and would not work for my purpose - otherwise the sticks were great.

Works great for our needs. Hold well

I work for a sod farm and when production lays down netting for turfgrass production, we use these skewers to stake down the netting. These are extremely studry and hold well for our needs. We use a small hammer to push them into the ground and they do not break. They are not very pointed, but for our use, we don't need them to be.

Ordered these twice and both times they were semi-pointed skewers. Useless for me.

Only semi-pointed

I ordered these stix thinking that they were pointed for skewering. When the product came, it was labelled 'semi-pointed'. Since I needed the skewers, I kept them, but was not a pleased as I had expected to be.
