Was cautious at first, but it works.

I have been running for a while and during one of my races, I felt a pull and then a sharp pain behind my knee. I don't know what caused it, but it hurt. I stopped running for a while so that my leg could heal, but one month later at another race the pain came back. I tried to find information about this pain that is associated with behind the knee. I came up on this wrap and I wanted to give it a try. I already owned their IT band wrap, and it helped greatly with that injury. Well, the wrap helped and made running a whole lot less painful. It provided pressure and a bit of support to the area that hurt. Everyone is different and will get different result, but it help me.

Goodbye baker cyst pain

I was kind of skeptical at first how could this little Strap help with the pain in my knee which also causes me to walk with a limp. I ordered anyway and lo and behold it work it really work. Unbelievable I am so happy I can walk again without a limp or pain I will be ordering two more just to have in case the other one wears out don’t second-guess buy it buy it now

Perfect knee wrap for popliteus tendonitis

I'm a life-long runner but I decided to start incorporating hills into my running routine. Soon enough, I started to feel intense pain on the back of my knee. After some googling, I realized I suffered from popliteus tendonitis. Combined with Penetrex, I put this brace on my knee after a long run. The back of my knee hurts during the run, but after the run, this wrap alleviates all of the pain. It noticeably loosens the muscles back there. Without this brace, I would not have been able to continue any of my runs. Things to note: -It's constructed of good material. It is not extremely flimsy. -It works. It alleviates pain and loosens muscle. -It is not itchy. -It can cause you to sweat more behind your knees. I tend to take it off every 20 minutes to let the back of my knee air out. -When I wear it, I have noticed that my leg not longer over-pronates and it has helped straighten my walking stride, which in turn, has strengthened my hips.

Strap placed below the knee with pressure point on the area behind the joint. Very supportive

Was able to continue with workouts. The added support below the knee felt great!

I bought this for my husband it didn't do anything and unfortunately I couldn't return it so I guess I'm just gonna donate it and hope it works for somebody else .

I have a baker’s cyst

My posterior knee is painful when hiking, i get injections but it still hurts after a mile or so BUT this lil brace really works! I was shocked, so i wear it with a stretchy knee brace and i hike much better with 90% less back of knee pain!

It really helped.

I have a Baker’s Cyst at the back of my left knee. Because of a friend’s recommendation, I tried this product. It really helped alleviate the discomfort of the cyst. Although I still have the Baker Cyst, this stretchy Velcro strap makes walking and my other exercise programs much easier to accomplish.
