Good cushion but

I have used Spence insoles for many years- but lately they wear out - get a hole - in about 6 months. I’m not sure if it’s me or a change in the product.

My podiatrist recommended these

This brand of arch support was recommended by my podiatrist when I had a bout of plantar fasciitis. I now use them in all of my shoes, even though the plantar fasciitis is gone. It never came back, so there must be something to it.

Perfect insoles for me

Great arch support insoles for my high arches without adding bulk. The arch support portion is molded into the insole like a pillow. This particular insole provides support without making the shoes too tight.

Not Bad

As indicated - made for a high arches. Arch bump pushes uncomfortabley up against my insole. Maybe my arch has fallen over the years but other high arch products seem to have better contour / design. All feet are different.

Something is different from older versions

Support is not the same as in prior versions I still use. These are basically a neoprene pad with a hump. Not as supportive. Works well for my dress shoes, but looking for other options

These insoles are amazing!

Been purchasing Spenco Arch support insoles for years now. They are not only very affordable but they take a beating and seem to outlast many of the more expensive competitors (softsole, etc.) I replace all the original insoles of my runners/boots/cleats/sport shoes with these - or sometimes put them on top in addition to depending on the shoe/boot. If you've never used arch-support insoles before, your foot will experience some arch fatigue but it will pass in a few days. Playing high impact sports to hiking/walking and every day wear - these are definitely worth the money you pay for them. These feel like they never wear down/out as they don't flatten out or deflate like the other brands. The antimicrobial properties seem to keep the smells at bay and if you're paranoid, use a bit of shoe spray - but the insoles don't seem to keep in moisture; they dry out and never smell mouldy. I toss them in to the laundry wash every so often along with my shoes and lay them out to dry - they come out like new! Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

Excellent insoles

I've been buying Spenco insoles for arch support for a couple of decades now, probably. I've tried others, and I keep doing so, as new technology comes out, but I keep coming back to these. They give me just the right amount of arch support, and I like the comfort of the cushioning. They're washable, so they last forever. You can also cut them to size to fit narrow shoes. I have several pairs for various boots and shoe styles.

Great for people who need arch support

These are great inserts for people with weak (fallen) arches. I wear Spenco insoles in my slippers, runners, casual shoes, dress shoes & boots. The Spenco cross trainer insoles are great too if you're on your feet all day & need long lasting arch support & want some great cushion for your heels too.

The high density foam arch "bump" offers true arch support that no other insole can. Highly recommended.
