Effective and fun

My best friend and I decided we needed to add this Hoola-hoop to our work out regimen~ after hearing so many good things about them. we are not disappointed at all! It did take a little while to get the hang of it (Just like a typical hoola ) just bulkier and obviously heavier) It provides A really fun workout experience! Funny thing is that you don’t really feel as if your doing much but you really are! It gets your heart rate up and provides some good stretches too! It Has even helped ALOT with some Discomfort I’ve experienced from a tailbone injury years ago. Its easy to adjust and assemble, instructions are simplified and easy to understand and It came really beautifully packaged. my waist was a 44“ when I started. I had to remove 2 pieces to fit me so it will fit a waist at least 4-6 inches bigger than me. 3 months later with a lot of determination and the help of this gadget (every other day) I'm down to a 42" waist. Summer bod here I come!! Totally surpassed my expectations. Very happy!

A good option when you have limited space

After getting myself a regular hula hoop and really enjoying the workout, I wanted and option that I could also use in my limited indoor space. While the movement is a bit different than a regular hula hoop, I still find the motion mostly the same. The one key difference is that I fit this hoop snugly to my waist so I don’t have the added challenge of keeping the hoop from falling down. I think it is a good core workout and one that I log cardio points for as well. To increase the intensity of the workout, the string can be let out so that the ball rotates farther from the hoop. The opposite will decrease the intensity. It is easy to use, easy to put on and take off and the weight glides smoothly. The weight has a soft rubber shell so it doesn’t hurt if I lose momentum and it drops suddenly. It works quietly so I can enjoy a show or music while I workout. I like that it has a built in counter that lets me compare my workouts.

Fun But A Real Workout

Clearly, this is not the same kind of hula hoop I used to own. This is designed to provide your body with a thorough workout. This weighted hoop can help your body burn fat while also massaging your waist while you use it. You just hook the parts together as they arrive unassembled. For a smaller person, you can put fewer links in the hoop, and for a larger one, more links. Even better, you can disassemble it for storage when not in use. This hoop requires space, as well as a clear area free of people, animals, and objects that it might strike. Personally, I use it outdoors. While you move your hips, a heavy ball that might hurt someone if it hits them travels around the track on the hoop. Both fun and work exist when using this device. My body definitely feels the burn the next day.

Fun exercise for the whole family

The media could not be loaded. Much easier than learning a real hula hoop, just fit it to your waist and give the ball a spin and your movement keeps the weighted ball spinning for that extra boost.
