The price was cheap but it was still nice.

This is one of those things you can say with confidence, “you get what you pay for.” For this price this is an amazing dresser. We can be cheap especially now since we are expecting our first baby in just 5 weeks. Will it work? Yes Did all the pieces come in the box? Yes Does it look nice? Yes it really does. Is some of the pieces seem cheaply made? Well yes but look at that amazing price. This was hard to put together because the directions were not that great but we did it and I’m pretty happy with it now.

Love it!!!

Assembly can be tricky if you've never put items together with many parts...but each part is labeled. I'm a visual learner, so the instructions were easy for me. There aren't many words in the instructions, but the pictures were easy to follow (for my son and me). Be sure to tighten the screws/bolts and you will have a beautiful, sturdy dresser. I can't tell that I only paid $120 for it. I LOVE IT!

Not too excited about it after assembly.

The quality of the product is not worth it. Also, it is a very heavy product - good for sturdiness but horrible otherwise. The drawers also feel weak once assembled. Overall, not too excited about it and would not recommend it unless you are looking for a cheap, extremely heavy dresser.

Adequate dresser, mediocre customer care

The dresser itself is fine. It's typical Storkcraft quality. You're getting a lot of particle board... but you're also only paying $95.00. :) What I have been really disappointed in has been the customer service. One of the particle board pieces arrived damaged. As such, my dresser has 2 of the 3 drawers. I contacted Storkcraft on 23 April to get a replacement piece sent out. I had to email AND call to get a response. At that time I was told I would need my amazon proof of purchase. I actually had to provide multiple pictures, proof of purchase, the part code, description from the instruction manual, etc. It seemed like a bit much to get the back piece of a drawer. But I complied within 24 hours. It has been almost 2 weeks and I only just now have received a notification that the piece is being shipped and will be arriving in a week. So three weeks to receive a part that arrived damaged. It's not a deal breaker. But it wasn't a great experience either.

Nice furniture

Some assembly is easier with 2 people, but not too difficult. Nice looking and substantial.

Lay out all parts use cardboard sheet about 2 x 2 and tape parts bags to it in number order.

Photos of assembly could have been much better with warnings of what not to do highlighted in assembly page not in descriptive text. Quality is very adequate for the price. Would buy again.

Nice little dresser... But you have to work for it.

This was seriously the hardest piece of furniture I've ever put together. The directions are absolutely horrible. Mind you, I've put together quite a few pieces before, but the directions are so hard to follow (really no wording at all, just pictures. And the pictures made no sense.). I had to call the manufacture just to get some assistance, and even the customer service person didn't understand the directions either and we had to work it out together. All that being said, once put together, it's a nice little dresser. Just the size I needed. (Using for a vanity table). But I will not be getting else from this manufacturer anytime soon (if ever again).

Great quality

Loved the color, size was perfect! Alot of pieces to put together but it was simple to build. Looks great and was surprised how sturdy it is!
