Great product, used for years!

I was so glad to find these 6x6 tiles of Vellum Bristol Board, which is my favorite medium to draw on. I finally ran out of my supply and since we've moved to a smaller city they don't carry these anywhere. Found it and bought it through Amazon! I'm elated! I bought 2, it came so fast and in perfect condition.

Read description carefully

My mistake, I didn’t read description carefully. I presumed these were similar to “tiles”. These are very thin and are pulled out of notebook. They will probably be fine for practicing but not the quality I would want to keep my tangles on. So read & buy carefully.

New Hobby!

I was looking for a new art hobby and came across 'Zentangle' projects. Love doing things like that and since it takes so few supplies of which I already have, decided to try it out. These 4" x 4" Artist Tiles are the first I've ordered and I love them! I'm usually one to "make my own" with something like this, especially as I am new to this medium, but so glad I ordered these tiles and will be ordering more in other sizes. Quality is exceptional and they arrived quickly.

little too lightweight

I'm not a fan of Strathmore watercolor paper, though I do love their sketch papers. These little tiles, though, would be pretty neat if they were just a bit heavier. Unfortunately it curls up quite readily when you get it wet.

got these for Zentangle

The tiles are 1/2 inch smaller than Apprentice tiles or 1/2 inch larger than regular tiles in the Zentangle world. Nice tooth to the tiles so good for shading. Slightly darker shade of tan then Renaissance tiles. But much cheaper. 80# paper so holds up fairly well.

This paper is for drawing or sketching. The spiral bound book is the right size for travel and sketching on the go.

Very good quality.

greay quality paper, very sturdy and thick. Did not buckle when watered down or painted on. Great quality for the price! Will be buying again.

Great for zentangle patterns but the squares of paper are loose and so I keep it in a plastic wallet.
