Nice lightweight sleep sack

This sleep sack is perfect to use in warmer weather and the double zipper is nice for quick diaper changes

Baby loves it, mama loves it. We all sleep!

We bought this Muslin sleep sack as our apartment has no a.c. and it has been a very hot summer. Baby boy loves to be swaddled or wrapped up in a blanket but our halo swaddle is too heavy and thick and the muslin blankets don't hold a swaddle well, and I wasn't going to drape a blanket over my newborn!! We actually got a muslin blanket from this same company in our Amazon baby welcome box and LOVE it. We bought the matching hedgehog sleep sack knowing the material was lightweight and cozy. Our baby is 3 weeks old and weights probably about 9lbs, we bought the small and it has plenty of growing room for him, we won't have to buy another this summer. We washed it as soon as we received it and used it that night (our room was 79°) and baby slept soundly. He likes his arms out so this design was perfect for him and he stayed cool with just a short sleeved onesie and the sack. The two-way zipper is very handy for midnight diaper changes and the sack made it easy to just pick him up and feed him without worrying about getting tangled in a blanket. The reviews I read share a lot of concern with the material however after washing and thoroughly inspecting the seams and zipper I found no issues. The fabric does kind of bunch or wrinkle out of the dryer but I shook it out and smoothed it and it went back to being just fine. Muslin fabric is thin and breathable meaning the weaving is light so if snagged will pull or unravel so you do have to be somewhat gentle with it. Overall we love it and will buy more for future babies and hot summers.

Great solution for swaddle!

From the start, my baby would not be swaddles with arms-in. In the cooler Spring months we had been gifted with polar fleece sleep sack, but as we were getting into the summer months we knew that wouldn't work and needed to transition into a lighter weight sack. I had seen this hedgehog sack and thought it looked cute AND like it would be helpful for our needs. This was such a great find! It worked well over a standard body suit/onesie, or served as a nice singular layer over just our baby's diaper in the days of highest heat in summer. We liked it so much that we also purchased the sailboat design so we would have one to wash, one to wear. As baby grew into it, my only note regarding fit is that the armholes get snug as you get into the upper threshold of sizing. Otherwise, it is true to size and has a decent amount of give (my baby could wear it until ~7 months old). I can see us ordering additional sizes in the future.

Great & Light

This sleep sack is great for what I needed it for. I live in an area that is super hot in the summer, so with my sons pajamas and a more traditional sleep suit, he was too hot. This sleep sack is SUPER light and breathable. This probably wouldn’t keep your baby that warm though, so probably on use with thick pajamas if you live in a cooler climate. Also, my son fits this sack at 5 weeks old. There’s still some room to grow, but not too much where I worry he will get it over his head. He is on the bigger size in weight and length, which made 0-3 month sleep sacks a bit too snug on him. Overall, very happy

Not durable

My baby had severe heat rash. So I was looking for a thin sleep sack for him. This muslin sleep sack is very breathable, soft and comfortable. It can keep my baby cool but also can protect him from getting cold. It is exactly what I need. However, it was also predicted that it was easily torn. In fact, it is. I used this sleep bag only more than one week, and washed it one time by wash machine, then I found it was tore. I think it is normal for this type of material, but still broken so quickly, to my surprise. Anyway, I still gave it three stars, since it really keep my baby cool.

Great for warm weather

We keep our house at 75 in the summer and wanted a muslin sleep sack. I was a little worried because I had never heard of the brand - but we love it. It's roomy while still have a small enough neck hole that I don't need to worry about it slipping over my daughters face.

Must have for a summer baby

As I'm working to teach my newborn sleep skills, I always put him in a sleep sack before putting him into his crib (previously also bassinet). However, he's a summer baby and we have the windows open often. This is SO lightweight and perfect for a nap with windows open.

Perfect for hot weather
