Great tubing

I found that for nice Snug fitting, about 5 seconds with a heat gun to the tubing makes it very soft and pliable. Attaching to connectors after heating allows them to slide right in and upon cooling you have a nice tight fit. Hose clamp tops it off.

Totally tubular

Came as expected. Somewhat rigid but easy to use. It's nice and thick, the type of stuff you want if you're doing hydroponics.

Kinky and oily

It will not bend without crimping. It will literally stop the flow of water if it gets bent. I had to squeeze the bend with a pliers to unblock the hose where it bent. It was also covered in smelly oil. Almost like petroleum and left an oil slick on the water surface.

Not flexible!

It is not as flexible, extremely stiff. Also, it coated with some sort of oil based coating.

Super durable maybe a little too durable

Almost 1/16-1/8 in walls so super tough when getting out of the package. Measure out what u need and leave 5-6 inches of extra. After I put it in near boiling water it was loose enough to work out coiled memory. Even after stretching and straightening IT WILL STILL HAVE A SLIGHT BEND IN THE TUBING. Overall seems super durable and works pretty well overall for what I need it to do.

Lord it’s stiff

Came with a goldfish pond pump and was permanently coiled up. Used a heat gun to get a little of the curve out, but flexible hose would have worked so much better.

Not made of rubber, it's plastic :-(

The amazon product's title says "Tetra Pond Rubber Tubing 1/2in, 15ft". It's not made of rubber, it's plastic, very hard plastic :-(
