Not absolutely sure what the other reviewer was talking about, but certainly these absolutely do what's said on the packet. This blotter isn't different from the ones that are available and very popular in Asia (e.g. those under the J&J brand). I've grown up using these blotters (though not The Face Shop brand), and have found these are equally as effective, especially since my face becomes absolute grease central after a few hours under an N95 mask.

Total rubbish. Do not buy.

Just sheets of plastic. These cannot soak up anything at all. They just smear it around. You’d get the same effect wiping your face with a plastic shopping bag. Unfortunately straight into the bin. No stars.
